All BackOffice providers have RFID and most of them have SMS and mobile apps. Transnova has commanded the operators to have casual charging for those who do not have a subscription (e.g. tourists). 18 Conclusions & Lessons learned In some countries players are stepping forward and rolling-out country-covering networks battle on the locations has already taken place Payment methods Smartphone Apps, RFID,SMS Often two (or three) schemes: from heavy users to light (non-frequent) users kwh and time also used as parameters In fast charging it is all about reliability - reliability - reliability If there are issues: Remote diagnostics / remote curing (80% of cases solved remotely) Easy maintenance (fast replacement of modules) Quality and speed of the reaction of Service team Juni 24, 2014 Slide 18
