3 From raw material to a finished product. Our designingdepartment receives our customer's inquiry by fax or . If the inquiry needs a 3D design our designers develop this process by the proper software. The drawings with cut lists follows along with the calculations of material needed. The project's cost along with the time schedule of production is announced to our customers along with the design and cut lists, while the order proceeds in production. Every customers design caries a unique protocol no. in our data base in our united program of cuttings ( Laser, Waterjet, Punching, Plasma ) which avoids any mistakes and has an easy access in past designs. The united program of production assures the priority of the customer by the time of the order acceptance. Also it follows the production progress through out all the faces assuring sequence of the faces and quality control of the parts. In case the parts need to be cut by different machinery our engineers propose the method depending of the needs of the design and its assembly. Two parallel lines of high and low production guaranties the paint finish of the pieces from one to thousands. In case other surface finishing's needed ( copper plating, chrome plating, nickel plating etc. ) are executed in our plating dept. The raw material for production can be either from our stock ( more than tons of deposit ) or by our customers provision. Our groups target is " turnkey solutions" and services of metal cutting, forming, assembling, welding, surface finishing, powder coating, to our customers from the raw material to a final for installing product. 2

5 Cutting technology of high speed Cutting LASER The group has invested in the last decade for its production needs Laser technology in large surfaces. Our Lasers support whole sheets up to 8 x 2,5 mtrs. The past years we invested in Lasers of high speed. These High Speed Lasers are more productive, (acceleration speed up to 3G ), with a better control of the generator, which produce best quality of surface cutting. The speed of cutting in thin sheets is from 50% up to 300% higher than the standard Lasers, depending of the parts design. With this new technology of generators these Lasers can pierce the metal in a diameter less the n its thickness with best quality surface at cut point. Max. Sheets support 8000 x 2500 mm Acceleration speed up to 3G 50% up to 300% higher cutting speed in sheets up to 2 mm Ability to cut round and square profiles 4

7 Cutting Waterjet The Waterjet cutting speed a thin beam of water under the pressure of 4000 bar at a speed of 3 mach. The technology cuts all materials up to thickness of 100mm. It is an ideal method for steel. The orbit of cutting is clean with no need to surface finishing at cutting area. Also the material does not alter due to the lack of temperature. Our waterjets uses 4 cutting heads which they provide speed and receptivity. Max size of material sheet 6000 x 3000mm Due to the new control technology, difficult curves and angles of which in the past the waterjet systems where not capable of precise cutting, now are been processed with accuracy. The advanced technology produce surfaces with finish of N6. In waterjet ( as also in Laser ) the cutting procedure is executed non mechanical. 9 Cutting Punching 2units ByLaser or Waterjet technology, any shape, material and thickness can be cut. There are cases though, in some forming like hinges, air vents and special designs which cannot be produced. For this reason, our group in order to produce any extreme design has invested in the cnc punching. The maximum width of sheet is 1250mm and the max. thickness is 8mm. Our large variety of tooling's, the ability in up forming ( for difficult profiles of big height without damaging the surface ), the multi grab of the sheet in many points, its heavy duty " Omicron " construction and the latest control system give the maximum results. 8

10 Cutting Oxy- Plasma Ourco. has been using oxygen cutting for the past 35 years. and had started with the optic copying method. Today all the Oxy & Plasma cutting are electronically controlled. The group operates 8 units CNC, and each unit caries from 4 to 6 heads. All the heads use a sensor level control to keep proper distance from steel sheet in order to have stable quality cutting. The program environment is Windows, and the software provides the same recognition of all drawing formats as the Laser and Waterjet. The drawings management is similar and it has the ability to nest the parts in order to achieve lowest waste. Max. dimension of steel sheet x 3000mm Max. Sheet thickness 200mm Cutting precession from 0,3mm depending on thickness. Cutting NC Sheers -Band saw For the parts that need no Laser, Waterjet and Oxy - Plasma cutting we provide: Band saw units and Sheering units of many types. 9

11 Forming NC& CNC Press brakes In continuation of the cuttings primarily from Laser, there is a need of further forming( bending ). For this reason our co. uses NC & CNC press brakes ideal for complicated shapes and bending. These and with the combination of the software in calculating the stages of bending, gives us the ability to produce all the overall lengths with accuracy. The simulation of the part is done in a 3D environment so the dynamic measurements of thickness towards the final shape can be achieved prior to forming. This assures the accurate final product from pc. no. 1 of the order. The customer needs not to calculate any measurements of cuttings and pressing steps. A simple drawing of final dimension is enough. 10

12 Forming NC sheet rollers Curved and tubular forming is achieved with sheet rollers. Forming NC profile bender The bending andforming a profile in angles is achieved with the use of bending machines with different types of dyes. 11

13 Forming NC profile roller With the use of a rollers we can form different types of profiles in any radius such as: Bars & Square tubes Round tubes & Angles Tees UPN IPE IPN HEA HEB Forming NC Spiral roller Spirals for the industry and building sector. The rollers can form ready mirror finished stainless steel tubes without damaging the polished surface. Forming NC Profile Notching Profilenotching can form ( cut out ) different radius in any angle providing accurate assembly between same and different sizes. With this method the welding of the assembly has best results. 12

15 Stainless steel polishing Automatic process Automatic machines for finishing stainless steel tubes. The machines havethe ability to control the speed and the feeding which provides hair line finishes of every type to have a stable result for the whole project. Automatic finishing machines for hairline in stainless steel. The machines carry a triple head and they control the speed in order to have same type finishing. The machines are capable to surface finish plates, bars, flanges, square and rectangular tubes. Buffing manual machines for stainlesssteel, copper, aluminum, brass and other. This method is used for the mirror finish result of the surface. 14

16 Stainless steel terminals WDS wire design system Ourcompany caries the WDS stainless steel system. Thestainless steel components, wire ropes and tensioned bars, are fabricated in 3 series.
