3 Equipment Construction With a climate-controlled state-of-the-art 57,000 square feet assembly hall, BAUER Manufacturing Inc. produces a range of Bauer foundation drilling rigs as well as Klemm small diameter and anchor drilling rigs. An integrated warehouse guarantees greatest efficiency in supply chain management. Being capable of up to 20 tons, several overhead cranes enable BAUER Manufacturing Inc. to handle heavy equipment. BAUER Manufacturing Inc. s highly skilled mechanics assemble hydraulic and mechanical components for the construction industry. Well qualified electricians provide installation and testing of electrical parts for various types of equipment. 4 Steel Components and Structures The capabilities of BAUER Manufacturing Inc. s steel production are vast and cover a broad spectrum. The facility provides full fabrication from raw steel to finished goods. With several overhead cranes that can handle up to 20 tons, the 65,000 square feet state-of-the-art workshop can produce steel structures of virtually any size or shape. From the integrated warehouse, steel sheet stock ranging from 5 to 50 mm and to 6 inches are readily available. Additional sizes could be arranged upon request. BAUER Manufacturing Inc. s services include cutting, plasma cutting, sawing, welding, conventional machining and turning, 5-axis CNC machining, roll-forming, auger flight forming, and bending. The bending machine is capable of bending steel sheets up to 5/8 inches, having a length of 9 feet. These processes enable BAUER Manufacturing Inc. to produce all common construction industry specific tools, including kelly bars, rock augers, dirt buckets, casing, mixing wheels, tubes, and pipes. In addition, customized tools and components could also be manufactured according to your design drawings. You design it, we build it! 4

5 Finishing and Painting BAUER Manufacturing Inc. s 18,000 square feet climatecontrolled finishing hall is fully equipped to wash, treat, prime, and paint. Having installed several overhead cranes of up to 16 tons, the experienced staff can navigate both large and small equipment into the washing area, the blasting room, or the state-of-the-art painting bay. A sophisticated high-pressure washing system allows intense cleaning of practically any parts and structures. Dedicated to create an environmentally friendly atmosphere, BAUER Manufacturing Inc. s water filter system recycles polluted water for reuse. In the isolated blasting room, surfaces are sand-blasted in accordance with ISO in grade SA 2 ½. The blasting material is recycled and reused. BAUER Manufacturing Inc. only uses water-based primer and paint. Application is done by either compressed airspraying or by Airmix airless spraying.
