With sample delivery and despatch locations in strategic locations across the country SGS can provide the complete analytical testing package to meet your requirements. Whilst SGS endeavours to meet or surpass its stated turn around times (TAT) situations may occur that may prevent these being met. Shorter TAT s can also be achieved through direct negotiations with the laboratory. All analysis over $00 is to be formulised in a quotation to ensure that customer expectations are clearly defined. SGS may also need to outsource specific tests on a needs basis.
