The garage door operator for the left single door garage does not operate when the button is depressed. All other garage doors were functional. (See Figure #1) 3. Personal possessions in garage limited our full view/inspection of garage. I was not able to access the attic from the garage because of the motorcycle. Broken/Out of place roof tile and exposed felt noted at various areas of roof; repairs recommended, by a qualified roofer, to extend the life of the roof.
