1 Initial Login Session If this is your initial login session, you may be required to create a new password. If you see the Change Password page when you log in, you must change your password. (See Change Password section). The system will also direct you to complete the Soft Token Registration process. NOTE: During initial login you need to set up a Soft Token PIN. The Soft Token PIN provides an extra measure of security and privacy for your data. You will enter this Soft Token PIN each time you log in to the system. Furthermore, the Soft Token PIN is computer specific; so if you access the Online Financial Services Tool from a different computer (from a library, or at another location), you need to reactivate your Soft Token PIN. Soft Token PIN Registration Process If this is your initial login session, you will be asked to answer a list of questions whose answers can be used in the future, if needed, to help verify your identity. Complete the Soft Token PIN Registration steps that follow. The Token Registration page displays after your initial log in and states: You are not currently registered for soft token authentication. Please enter your address to start the self registration Enter your Online Banking User ID and the address where you want the system to send your activation key. The activation key is one-time use only, and is used to set up your Soft Token PIN. Also, confirm your address in the Confirm field. 2. Click the OK button. The Token Activation page displays: The Activation Key has been ed to you.

2 3. Online Banking will send you an activation key via . Check your for this VASCO ACTIVATION KEY message - You have been registered to use Vasco Soft Token Authentication. The activation key assigned to you is: xxxxxxxx 3

3 Copy the one-time activation key value from the and paste, or enter, it into the Activation Key field of the Token Activation page. 5. On the Token Activation page enter a secure Soft Token PIN number of your choosing. 6. To complete your token registration, answer all the questions listed on the Token Activation page. TIP: Be sure to provide answers to the questions that you will remember. As a security measure, you will be asked to provide the answer to one of these questions (randomly selected) whenever you need to reactivate your Soft Token PIN for a different computer or browser or if you have forgotten your Soft Token PIN. The answer you provide then will need to match the answer you have provided here. 7. After answering all the Token Registration questions, click the OK button. The Forgot Password Security Questions page displays.

4 Answer the Password Security questions. (Notice these are not the same as the Soft Token Registration questions.) 9. Click the OK button. The Welcome / Home page displays. NOTE: If during Soft Token PIN Registration process you are using a public computer or using a computer for only one time, check the box at the bottom of the page to indicate this is a one-time login ( Is this a one time login? ). Answering Yes to this question means that, for security purposes, the system will clear out your secure data when you log out of the Online Financial Services Tool. 10. Enter your User ID (Username) and the Soft Token PIN you just created. 10 You will be asked to enter your User ID (Username) and the Soft Token PIN you just created on the Token Login page each time you log in to Online Banking Click the Ok button. The Welcome / Home page displays. OR 12. Click the Forgot Pin/ReActivate button on the lower right if logging in to the Online Financial Services Tool from a computer or browser that you have not activated to use your Soft Token PIN. The Token Reactivation page displays: You are not activated on this computer or browser.

5 TIP: You may also click the Forgot Pin/ReActivate button if you have forgotten your Soft Token PIN Click the Cancel button if you wish to stop the token activation process and exit Online Banking. 13. Enter the answer you chose during registration and then choose a new Soft Token PIN to activate this browser. 14. Click the OK button. Your Welcome page displays.
