1 Nissan Application - Step 1 Go to Link on the LOG IN link at the top right of the screen. Page 1

2 Nissan Application - Step 2A Enter your (1) school address as your Login and then your (2) password. then click the (3) login button. If you don't remember your password enter your (4) school address as Login and click the (5) Reset Password button. A new password will be ed to your school address. If you do not have a login click the (6) Nissan-BanKPlus logo below the Reset Password and this will take you to the screen to create your profile. Page 2

3 Nissan Application - Teacher - Step 2B This is the screen you will use to create your profile if you don't already have one. If you are a new principal or have changed schools please contact CFGJ Page 3

4 Nissan Application - Teacher - Step 2C Once you've logged in verify your profile to make sure your information is all correct. Specifically verify that your principal's information is correct. If this is not correct it will delay or even prevent your application from being approved. Page 4

5 Community Foundation - Teacher - Step 3A When you complete the login you will be taken to your home page. If you received a grant the previous year you must complete your Post Grant Evaluation before you may request another grant. Page 5

6 Nissan Application - Teacher - Step 3B When you complete the login you will be taken to your home page. If you do not have a Post Grant Evaluation to complete you will see the link to Create A New Application (1). When you click this link you will be take to the online application screen. If you have started an application you can save the application and return later to finish it by clicking the Edit link. (2) When you application is complete you click the Submit to Principal link for your principal's approval. (3) You may submit a maximum for 2 applications. Page 6

7 Nissan Application - Teacher - Step 4 As you fill out the application click the Save button often. Page 7

8 Nissan Application - Teacher - Step 5 Once you have submitted the application to your principal you may still view the application but you can no longer make changes to it. Page 8

9 Nissan Application - Principal - Step 6 If you are a principal or supervisor when you login you will see all the applications that have been submitted for you to approve. Click the View - Submitted link to review the application, add your comments and either approve the application or return it to the teacher for changes. Page 9

10 Nissan Grant PGE - Step 1 Teacher, login with your school username and password. You will be taken to your home screen. (1) On the home screen there is a link to complete the Post Grant Evaluation (PGE) online. Click this link to be taken to the online form. New grants may not be request until the previous grant evaluations have been completed and approved by your principal. Page 1

11 Nissan Grant PGE - Step 2 Basic information for the form will already be filled in. Enter the details of the project evaluation in the boxes provided. Page 2

12 Nissan Grant PGE - Step 3 After all the information has been entered check the box under project leader and enter your name in the box. This is your signature that that funds awarded were used in accordance with the conditions of the proposal. Click submit to save the information and an will be sent to your principal with a link to approve the evaluation. Page 3

13 Nissan Grant PGE - Step 4 You will be taken to a screen where you can print the evaluation and then close the window. Nissan Grant PGE - Step 5 When you close the window you will be back to your home screen. Click the refresh link to update the status of the grant. If you need to make changes to the evaluation you can click the View/Update link. This link will be avaliable until your principal approves the evaluation. Page 4

14 Nissan Grant PGE - Step 6 When the principal approves the evaluation the grant will be removed from your home screen. Once all evaluations have been approved, you will be able to submit a new grant request when the application process is open for request. Nissan Grant PGE - Principal In the that your principal receives there will be a link to the evaluation. The principal should click that link (or copy and paste to their browser), review the evaluation and then check the box and enter their name at the bottom of the form and click Submit. Page 5
