1 User Guide Delta Controls Single Sign On This document outlines the new, streamlined login process for Delta Partner web applications using the Delta Controls Passport Single Sign On system.

3 1 Activating Your Passport Account You should have received an prompting you to set a password for your Delta Controls Passport account. Shown in Figure 1. Figure 1: Delta Controls Passport password reset Open the link that was sent to you in the account setup . In the password fields, enter your desired password in each field as shown in Figure 2. The requirement for passwords is that they are at least 6 characters in length. 2. Visit and login using your address and the password you set in the previous step. You should see a listing of all of the Delta Controls Partner web applications that you have access to. (Figure 3) If you require access to any web applications that are not listed in your Available Services list, please contact the Delta Controls Customer Solutions department at [email protected]. 2 Accessing Web Applications Once you have activated your Passport account and logged into the Delta Controls Passport web site, as outlined in Section 1, you are able to access the various Partner web applications without re-authenticating. 2.1 George Support George Support is accessible by clicking George Support from your available services list in the Delta Controls Passport web site. 2

4 Figure 2: Setting the Passport account password. 2.2 George University George University is accessible by clicking George University from your available services list in the Delta Controls Passport web site. 2.3 Delta Forums The Delta Forums are accessible by clicking Forums from your available services list in the Delta Controls Passport web site. NOTE: When accessing the Delta Forums for the first time, you must click the Login button in top-right corner. You will only have to do this once. 2.4 Helpdesk Helpdesk is accessible by clicking Helpdesk from your available services list in the Delta Controls Passport web site. 3 Logout It is important that you logout from either the Passport web site or a partner web application using a logout link or button in order to protect your account. It is 3

Screenshots of the various locations of the logout links on each of the Delta Partner applications can be found at the end of this document in Appendix A. 4 Managing Passwords If you would like to change your password or need it to be reset, both tasks can be completed from the Passport web site. 4.1 Change Password You can change your password anytime by clicking the Change Password button in the top-left corner. After successfully changing the password (Figure 4), a notification (Figure 7) will be sent to your address. 4.2 Forgot Password If you have forgotten your password, on the login screen to the Passport web site, click the link Forgot Password (Figure 5). Enter your address, and you will receive an (Figure 7) containing a link to reset your password. It is the same process as described in Section 1. 4
