2 We re pleased to announce the launch of your new Energy Online Account. As part of an upgrade in our customer care and billing system, all customers will need to re-register in order to use our new online service. You only need to do this once and we ve put together this easy-to-follow guide to take you through it. Activate, Register, Enrol Your online security is very important to us. Our 3 step account set up guide will allow us to confirm your identity and put log-in checks in place before we link your Co-operative Energy account to your online account. Activate We will provide you with a new password when you confirm your security details and activate your new account number Register When you Register, we will set up your personal space on our new energy online service. 3 Set up your new Energy Online Account Activate, Register, Enrol; let s get started Step 1. Activate You will need to activate your new account number and password on our Account Number and Password Activation page. This will provide you with your new account number and password. To get started, you will need your old account number. You can find this on any bill or letter that we have sent you. It will start MCCOE. Next Back Already have your new account number and password? 4 Step 1. Activate Now check your We will send an to the address registered with your account. In the you'll find your User Name, new password and new account number along with instructions on how to complete your registration. Check your or follow the instructions below to see your new details on screen. Once you have your User Name, new password, continue to the Registration Stage. Show my details on screen If you don t have an address registered to your account or are unable to access your , we can display your new account number and password on screen. Just click the Show my details on screen button and answer the security questions you gave us during sign up. Next Back

5 Step 1. Activate Your new account number and password Your new details will appear at the top of the screen. Be sure to write them down as you ll need them to enrol your account later. When you ve made a note of your new account number and password, follow the link on the page to the next step of your account set up: Registration Continue to the Registration guide

6 Step 2. Register Next you will need to register for your personal online account User Name: Please use the address you have registered to your Co-operative Energy account. You will use this to log-on to your online account. Password: You will need to enter the password we gave you in the Activation stage and sent to your . This will be two letters followed by 6 numbers: Co If you are new to Co-operative Energy, use the password you gave to us during sign up. Complete all fields and click Register. Double check your User Name matches your address. Your Password is case sensitive. Keep these details safe as you will use them to log-on to your online account. Back

7 Step 2. Register Confirmation of your registration When you see confirmation of your account registration, click on the Login tab at the top to login to your new energy online account. Log-in using your new online account details. If you have trouble logging in, use the Forgotten Your Username or Forgotten Your Password links to help you log in to your online account. Next Back

8 Step 3. Enrol When you first log-in to your new online account, you will be asked to Enrol your account. This will link your online account to your Co-operative Energy account. Click on the Enrol button. You will be asked to enter your new 10-digit Account Number and Account Password. Your account password will be the password we gave you in the Activation stage and sent to your . This will be two letters followed by 6 numbers: Co If you are new to Co-operative Energy, use the password you gave to us during sign up. Your new online account set up will then be complete. Just log-out and log back in to view your account information.
