1 2016 Holiday Resources Metro-wide Locations Northpoint Pilot City Penn Ave. N., Minneapolis, MN Eligibility: Program is open to all, but is limited to the first 300 families registering. Client does not need a relationship with Northpoint. In-Person registration begins November 1 and ends November 30. Registration hours are Monday Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Gifts will be distributed December 16, 17, and 19 at the agency (delivery dates confirmed during registration process in November). Clients will receive a post card by mid-december with a specific date/time for pick up (post card should be brought to the appointment). If a post card is not received, client may call Northpoint to confirm their participation and receive their appointment date/time. Hospitality House (Information Line for ) (General Information) 1220 Logan Ave. N., Minneapolis, MN / Christmas with Dignity Parents MUST bring the following: Valid state identification with current address (if not current address, also bring a current utility bill) AND proof of children in the household (MUST be an ORIGINAL birth certificate OR a letter of custody with the social worker s name and contact information) In Person Registration is scheduled on: o November 26 9:00 AM to 4: Logan Ave. N. o December 3 9:00 AM to 4: Logan Ave. N. o December 4 12:00 PM to 4: E. Franklin Ave. (Franklin Ave. & Park Ave.) At registration, client will obtain an admission ticket entitling them to purchase affordable toys at a specific time on December 16 at 1220 Logan Ave. N. If the client is unable to keep the assigned appointment, a substitute can be named. The substitute MUST bring valid state issued identification AND the admission ticket received during registration. Gifts will be offered for sale/distributed on December 16 at 1220 Logan Ave. N. with admission ticket ONLY Union Gospel Mission E. Broadway Ave., Crystal, MN Food Basket Program MUST HAVE A PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED CLIENT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE AGENCY TO QUALIFY FOR SERVICES If a relationship with the agency is not established, clients can register with NEAR by calling Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 4:30 PM (Thursday until 6:00 PM) Residency Requirement: o Clients MUST reside in New Hope, Crystal or Robbinsdale (between Victory Memorial Drive and 42 nd Ave.) Thanksgiving and Christmas food programs available for CURRENT CLIENTS ONLY (see above) Toys, hats & mittens are distributed early December at a separate location for CURRENT CLIENTS ONLY (see above).
