From exquisite food to a broad range of star accommodation, BreakFree Rainbow Shores is the ideal place for your wedding. Sit back and enjoy the picturesque surroundings, whilst our team creates the day you have always dreamed of. BreakFree Rainbow Shores offers an innovative but affordable menu of fresh, local produce. Set amongst a backdrop of native flora, The Pavilion is hard to beat on ambience and atmosphere. Our unique alfresco dining and beautifully landscaped gardens provide a perfect setting for your special day. Our professional and friendly team are dedicated to creating a unique and unforgettable occasion for yourself and your guests, with the ability to also personalise your wedding with your own style and tastes. BreakFree Rainbow Shores also caters for family and friends travelling from out of town with a wide range of accommodation options. Special guest rates and packages can be organised on request. BreakFree Rainbow Shores is located 1km from the main township of Rainbow Beach and offers a natural bushland setting backing onto 4km of unspoilt beach. 3 Ceremony Venues The resort can provide you with 3 stunning ceremony locations all within a short walking distance to your reception venue. Lawn Ceremony For those that prefer something more intimate, the tailored lawn area located only steps from The Pavilion Restaurant and Bar offers a unique and relaxed setting. Golf Course Ceremony Our beautifully landscaped golf course holds an array of offerings to host your ceremony (timing restrictions apply). Beachside Ceremony The magically white picturesque sand of Rainbow Beach, just 500m from the restaurant, or 150m from the surfside villas, provides a perfect setting for a wedding ceremony. Your ceremony fee includes seating for 20 people, a red carpet and a clothed signing table (red carpet for lawn & golf course only). No confetti is to be used in any areas of the resort, we suggest bubbles or rose petals. Wet Weather Options Should the weather not play in your favour on the day, our covered deck or sail area within the restaurant can be utilised as an alternative. Tips For Your Ceremony Please give a minimum 14 days notice for rehearsal bookings, contact your coordinator. A basket/hamper of goodies can be delivered to the bridal party before or after your ceremony. Discuss options with your coordinator. There are several local marriage celebrants and photographers in the area, contacts are available on request.

4 Reception Venues Experience fine dining and enjoy the natural alfresco styled ambience. The Pavilion Restaurant & Bar Your reception will be held at the onsite Pavilion Restaurant, a unique alfresco venue surrounded by natural bushland. The relaxed atmosphere, outstanding menu, selective beverage list and professional, friendly service combine to create the perfect venue for your wedding reception. We can cater for up to 100 guests seated or 150 guests for a cocktail style event. The venue is available from 10am to 3pm for lunch receptions or from 5pm to 11:30pm for evening receptions - limited availability during school holidays. The cooking style is modern Australian cuisine, with a strong focus on fresh and locally sourced produce. We offer a taylor made menu designed in consultation with your wedding planner. Special dietary requirements will be catered for upon prior on request. We close the restaurant to the public, so you will have the whole venue for yourself. For this reason we require minimum guest numbers. All beverages served are to be selected from our current wine and drinks lists before the event, which are available on request (prices are subject to change). Beverage packages will be charged on a consumption basis and we are happy to inform you of progressive totals throughout the function. The Pavilion is fully licensed and BYO is strictly not permitted. Sunday and public holiday receptions are available on request. Surcharge applies. Tips For Your Reception Rainbow shores will provide the following for all receptions white table linen, white linen napkins, cutlery, crockery, glassware, clothed cake table, clothed gift table. Additional decorations/ theming for your reception can be arranged. Please contact your coordinator. NOTE: For weddings less than 50 people, please speak with your coordinator for a customised proposal.

6 Menu Styles Canapés A delectable yet light selection of canapés will keep your guests content whilst you capture, on film, the first beautiful moments of your new life together surrounded by nature. Plated Meal Be treated to full table service. The seated option enables you to have a smooth flowing reception. Speeches, bride & grooms first dance and the cutting of the cake can be held between courses. Buffet Meal A buffet is a great option to cater for all ages and tastes. Keep the fussy eaters at bay with a great selection of hot and cold buffet items (minumum numbers apply). Special Dietary Requirements Our Menus cater for most dietary requirements. Our Executive Chef can prepare a special meal should there not be a suitable option located in our menu. Please advise your coordinator of your guests name, requirement and seating arrangement (4 weeks notice is required for special meals). Menu Tastings Once you have selected your options, we are able to offer menu tastings. This is a great way to help confirm your choices and to be reassured that the meals you have chosen will make your reception a memorable experience. Please liaise with your coordinator for available dates and pricing. Beverage Package We have a number of beverage packages available. Each package is charged on consumption. We can cater for your particular tastes, special orders can be placed, should we not stock a particular beverage. Little Things to Remember Please contact your coordinator for details regarding menus & beverage packages. Remember to ask your guests for any special dietary requirements when they RSVP to your invitation. It can be quite a task arranging specific running times for your wedding please speak to your coordinator for suggested running times to help ensure everything goes smoothly.

7 Ready to Book? Decision Time It is advisable to arrange a site inspection with our coordinator to discuss your ceremony location and timing options. Site Inspections To secure your preferred ceremony location & menu options at BreakFree Rainbow Shores, we request that you organise a site inspection with your coordinator. This will allow you to view our facilities, accommodation options, meet with your coordinator and receive a more personal experience. Making Your Booking Once you have discussed your details, your coordinator will prepare a wedding agreement outlining the particulars of your wedding e.g. ceremony time, venue hire, running times and catering charges. The agreement will request a deposit of $ to secure your booking. Confirmation Your signed agreement and deposit is required within 7 days of your site inspection. Once your wedding agreement and deposit have been received, a confirmation will be sent to you by your coordinator. Please note $850 booking fee is non refundable. NOTE: The bride and groom must organise their own celebrant. Live entertainment is permitted by prior negotiation only, time and noise restrictions apply at all times.
