2 Call Waiting For use when you are on an existing call. You will hear a beep indicating a second caller is trying to reach you. 1 Briefly depress the switch-hook or disconnect button. You will be connected to the second call. 2 Briefly depress the switch-hook or disconnect button again to connect to your first caller *You can alternate between callers as often as you like, or terminate either call. To Deactivate Service Temporarily If you want to deactivate call waiting for the duration of a single call 1 *70 before you place the call. Call waiting will be suspended until that call is complete. Call Forwarding Activate the service before leaving home and calls will be automatically forwarded to a predetermined number. 1 *72 to send calls to another phone number. 2 Wait for three beeps followed by a dial tone. 3 Enter the number that you want to forward your calls to. 4 When the call is answered, activation is successful. If the call is not answered, repeat steps 1-3 to activate and then hang up. Call Forwarding will be active. To Deactivate Service Temporarily 1 *73. 2 You will hear a confirmation dial tone indicating deactivation is successful.

3 Call Forwarding Calls will automatically be forwarded to a prearranged number when you are unable to take calls. 1 *92 to send calls to another phone number. 2 Wait for three beeps followed by a dial tone. 3 Enter the number that you want to forward your calls to. 4 When the call is answered, activation is successful. If the call is not answered, repeat steps 1-3 to activate and then hang up. Call Forwarding will be active. To Deactivate Service Temporarily 1 *93. 2 You will hear a confirmation dial tone indicating deactivation is successful. Caller ID (Number) This feature displays the number of the person calling after the first ring. Caller ID (Name) This feature displays the name of the person calling after the first ring. Caller ID Blocking Allows you to block your number when making outbound calls. To Turn Off/On Dial *67

4 Caller ID on Call Waiting Allows you to see what number is trying to reach you while you are on another call. : Caller ID is automatically provisioned for use To Deactivate/Reactivate: Dial *67 to turn off/on Call Blocking This feature allows you to Reject (block) calls based on a list of predefined numbers. Any calls originating from a number that is in this list are rejected. : Dial *60 Additional Options 1 GHI 4 ABC 2 DEF 3 JKL 5 MNO 6 0 DEF 3 # to access main menu to turn service on/off to add a number to the list of blocked numbers PRS 7 * TUV 8 WXY 9 0 # 1 PRS 7 0 to review the predefined numbers already in the list to delete any of the predefined numbers in your list TUV 8 to delete ALL predefined numbers on the list 0 TUV 8 to delete the anonymous entries on the list

5 Call Return This feature allows you to see the last number of the last number that called. To Access Service Dial *66 Three- Way Calling This feature allows you to conference in two other lines at once, for group chats. 1 Call the first person you are trying to include and ask them to stay on the line 2 the link button and after hearing 3 beeps followed by a dial tone, call the second person required on the call 3 After the second person answers, press the link button again and your three-way call is now ready for use. Failure to Reach All Parties If you receive a busy signal or the second person fails to answer their phone, simply press the link button to return to the other person already on the line. To Deactivate Normal service is automatically restored after the call has ended. Incoming Call Return This feature is great to have when you can t make it to the ringing phone in time. It displays the number of the last caller. To Activate Dial *69 and you will be presented with the last number that called your line To Deactivate Dial *89

6 Voic Logic Voice Mail is a messaging system that gives you an easy, fast, and dependable way to communicate with other people. It s more convenient and easier to use than an answering machine and will continue to store your messages even during a power outage. To Access the Voic Platform Dial *98 You will then be asked to enter your pin # followed by #. By default, your pin is the last 4 digits of your phone number. After logging in for the first time you will be prompted to change your pin using the voic wizard. Other Options Available Through the Voic Center 1 Retrieve messages 2 Send a message to another user 3 Make changes to your greeting 4 Change settings 6 Retrieve deleted messages 7 To leave the mailbox you are currently in and log on as another user 0 For additional assistance * To exit voic
