3 Green Fee Membership Season Tickets and Multi Visit Pass Terms and Conditions Effective from 25 January Membership 1.1. The membership year for North Adelaide Golf Course Season Ticket holders is for 12 months and commences from the date they sign up New North Adelaide Golf Club members joining or members renewing prior to 1 April 2017 will have their membership renewed until 31 st March 2017 and the membership fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis. Pro rata will only be offered to those committing a full years membership in the year following in addition to the pro rata period The membership year for the North Adelaide Golf Club Season Tickets will commence on the 1 st of April each year and conclude on the 31 st March of the following year All Green Fee Membership holders must display in a prominent place on their golf bag the current year s membership bag tag at all times whilst utilising the course facilities. Regular Course Marshalling patrols are undertaken by ACC staff members to ensure that all players have paid the appropriate course fees All Green Fee Memberships and Multi Visit Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable Memberships allow access to the facility at any time during operating hours; however, there will at times be restrictions for which there can be no recompense: examples could be but are not limited to: Routine or major maintenance, e.g. spraying of weeds, insect plaques, course renovations; Inclement weather, e.g. heavy rain, lightning; Major Events and permanent golf bookings: Corporate/Trade Days, group bookings Sunday mornings on the South Course where Public Access for Green Fee golfers is allocated between times Sunrise and 9:30am Season Ticket holders can access these cells using their season ticket pass only on the day in question (not by pre booking) if unused by public 1.7. Green Fee Members and Multi pass holders must present and swipe their membership / multi visit card at the Pro Shop prior to commencing to play on any course regardless of the time of day. Staff may request to see photo ID for members without their Membership card Where a customer purchases a 12 month Green Fee membership there is a 3 day cooling off period commencing on the date the contract is signed, during which the customer may terminate the application. The cooling off period does not apply where a membership is renewed To protect members, when initially joining or when renewing, staff will ask you to have a photo taken for your Membership file. This to ensure that in the event of a stolen or lost Membership Card, nobody else is able to access the facility using your membership. It is also used to identify a member should they present without their card. Photos will not be used for any other purpose The North Adelaide Golf Course reserves the right to change, cancel or add to any of the facilities or services provided by the Golf Links. Green Fee Membership and Multi Visit Categories and Playing Rights Day, All 3 courses (Adult and Concession) (12 month): The member has full access and playing rights 7 days a week to the South, North and Par 3 courses for a period of 12 months, except in the event of restrictions as per Day, all 3 courses (Adult and Concession) (12 month): The member has full access and playing rights 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) to the South, North and Par 3 courses for a period of 12 months, except in the event of restrictions as per Lifestyle: The member has full access and playing rights 7 days a week for a period of 12 months to the South, North and Par 3 courses except in the event of restrictions as per 1.6. The member also has full access to the Adelaide Aquatic Centre and associated facilities for a period of 12 months. Please refer to the Aquatic Centre terms and conditions of entry Junior (Under 18) (12 month): The Junior member (under 18 years of age) has full access and playing rights 7 days a week to the South, North and Par 3 courses for a period of 12 months except in the event of restrictions as per Par 3 (Adult & Concession) (12 month): The member has full access and playing rights 7 days a week to the Par 3 course only for a period of 12 months except in the event of restrictions as per North Course Value Plus Membership (12 month): The member has full access and playing rights 7 days a week to the North course only for a period of 12 months except in the event of restrictions as per Multi Visit pass (Adult and Concession): Multi Visit pass holders are entitled to play 10 rounds of golf in total over 7 days a week on the South, North and Par 3 courses except in the event of restrictions as per 1.6. (Multi Visit passes can be used to play in a Public Access priority time on Sunday mornings if the pass is for all 3 courses) Multi Visit passes expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Passes will become void after this period. No credit or carry overs are allowed Driving Range (12 month): The member has full access and playing rights 7 days a week to the Driving Range only for a period of 12 months except in the event of restrictions as per 1.6. The member will receive a 50% discount on Range Balls. The Driving Range is available on the 1 st Hole of the South Course from 2:30pm in Winter and 3:30pm in Summer. 3. Direct Debit Membership Payment 3.1. Direct debit is a payment method that is only available for 12 month Green Fee Memberships to enable members to pay the membership fee over a 12 month period by direct debit instalment from the member s bank account The first payment is to be made up-front prior to the member playing at the North Adelaide Golf Course An administration fee is payable in addition to the membership fee for members who choose to pay the membership fee by direct debit Direct debit payments are for the full 12 month period, any member wishing to cancel their payments before the end of the 12 months will need to pay out the full amount of the membership. 5 3.5. Should a member fail to meet 2 direct debit payments in any membership year, the direct debit payment option will not be offered to the member in any subsequent membership year Please refer to clause 4 Suspension and Termination of Memberships in relation to failed direct debit payments. 4. Suspension and Termination of Membership / Multi Visit Pass 4.1. Time-stopping for a Medical illness greater than 21 consecutive days is available for 12 Month Memberships only, upon the Golf Course Manager receiving supporting documentation in the form of a valid Medical Certificate, with the start and finish dates of the duration that you were unfit to use the facility Time-stopping for general leave of absence will be no longer be provided as a membership benefit The North Adelaide Golf Course may suspend or terminate the Membership of any member with immediate effect if that Member commit s a breach of the North Adelaide Golf Courses Terms and Conditions including but not limited to: Any amounts due and owing to the North Adelaide Golf Course by the member have not been paid within fourteen (14) days following the date of a written reminder of the amount due; this includes any direct debit payments which fall into arrears Any Member who fails two consecutive direct debit payments or who has a history of failed direct debit payments The member has given his or her membership card to another person to be used at the facility The member fails to adhere to the facilities strict no BYO alcohol policy The North Adelaide Golf Course may deny entry into the facility by any Member or former Member whose membership has been previously, or is currently suspended or terminated th Hole, Function Room and Golf SA Boardroom 5.1. Food and Beverage consumed within these facilities must be purchased from the North Adelaide Golf Course only unless pre-arranged with Golf Course management The North Adelaide Golf Course (including all course boundaries and facilities within) is a licensed facility and as such does not allow BYO alcohol. Members found to be in breach of this regulation will have their membership terminated immediately. 6. Car Parking 6.1. Once a member pays their membership fee they will receive a 12 month parking permit which will entitle the member to: Park in the Public Car Park on Strangways Terrace for a period of time greater than 2 hours and up to the maximum time limit as signposted in the area from time to time Park on the golf course side of the road on Strangways Tce in areas sign posted for Golf parking. 6 7. Conduct Under no circumstances are members to park vehicles in parking spaces identified and signposted for Pro Shop Staff, Horticulture Staff, ACC staff, Trade and Delivery vehicles or park on the Park Lands It is the member s responsibility to display the parking permit in a visible spot behind the front wind screen and abide by all parking requirements Vehicles that do not comply with the parking regulations will be photographed for the purpose of supporting evidence and they will receive an expiation notice. Golf Course Management are unable to cancel expiation notices Management reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend or terminate a Green Fee Membership/multi visit pass or request a patron to leave the premises if the member does not adhere to the Terms and Conditions, disobeys the instructions of North Adelaide Golf Course staff, behaves in an irresponsible manner or is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs Complaints are to be directed in writing to the Golf Course Manager at teeoff@northadelaidegolf.com.au or please complete a feedback form available from the pro shop Golfers must obey the directions given by any staff member. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of the membership Green-keeping staff have right of way on course at all times. Please ensure Green-keeping staff are not within reach before proceeding to play your shot. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your membership. 8. Member Cashless Accounts 8.1. All Green Fee Membership holders are automatically entitled to a Member Cashless Account. Cashless funds can be paid into your member account at the Pro Shop counter for use at a later date to make purchases in the Pro Shop or the 19 th Hole Club Lounge Bar If a member has a cashless balance still showing on a membership that has been expired for 12 months, this amount will automatically be removed and forfeited by the member A maximum amount of $ can be transferred from a Member s cashless account and be used to pay or contribute towards the payment of North Adelaide Golf Course membership fees per annum. 9. Membership Cards 9.1. If your card has been misplaced or stolen, please inform staff immediately. The facilities electronic membership system allows us to cancel any lost cards and issue you with a new one, however, an administration fee may be charged for the replacement card. 10. Dress Regulations For your comfort and safety and that of fellow patrons, appropriate sports footwear and clothing should be worn at all times. 7 10.2. The North Adelaide Golf Course requires players to dress in a neat and tidy manner. Casual clothing is acceptable and a collared shirt is NOT essential Closed toe shoes are required to be worn by all players and all our golf courses are soft spike preferred venues. Should you not have your own golf shoes, then flat soled sneakers are the next best option to ensure comfort and minimal course damage throughout your round Singlet tops for men are not accepted on the South Course. 11. Golf Course Etiquette All players must report to the Pro Shop at least 15 minutes prior to their assigned tee time All players must carry and use a sand bucket to fill in divots. Players must also repair plug marks made on greens Players must hit only when golfers ahead are out of range. Should a shot endanger another person, players should yell FORE as a warning Foot and club marks are to be raked before leaving a bunker It is the responsibility of all players to maintain an acceptable pace of play. Rounds at the North Adelaide Golf Course should not exceed 4hrs 15mins. Please monitor your Pace of Play and adjust accordingly if you are behind the sign posted schedules When using the electric Golf Carts, players are to observe the blue line markings around the Greens and exit the fairway prior to these. Players observed driving on the Greens and not respecting the course may have their memberships suspended or terminated. 12. Privacy Policy Personal information collected in this form will be used to: Manage North Adelaide Golf Course membership / Multi Visit and communicate renewal information and program re-enrolment via your nominated contact method. This may include mail, , text message, telephone or fax; Distribute North Adelaide Golf Course and Adelaide City Council promotional material and service improvement information; and Collate internal statistical information including but not limited to member demographics Personal information is collected, used and disclosed as prescribed in the Adelaide City Council Privacy Policy and in the manner and for the purposes stated. Liability You agree to keep Adelaide City Council and North Adelaide Golf Course fully indemnified for any third party liability claims. Adelaide City Council and North Adelaide Golf Course are not liable for any injury, loss or damage caused by or in connection with your access to the golf course or playing golf. Acceptance of Membership Terms and Conditions The North Adelaide Golf Course Green Fee Membership Terms and Conditions are published on the North Adelaide Golf Course website A hard copy version of the current Membership Terms and Conditions is available from the Pro Shop counter or any of the Administration Staff can assist you. It is the responsibility of the North Adelaide Golf Course Member to review the Membership Terms and Conditions prior to joining or renewing a green fee membership. As a member of the North Adelaide Golf Course you agree to act and abide by all Conditions of entry/use and you understand that failure to do so may result in your removal from the premises and/or suspension or termination of your membership. 15.
