2 Artists Impression The Riviera Hotel offers guests the unique experience of accommodation in chalet style bedrooms, most of which have views of the beach and Weymouth Bay. The hotel s iconic arches of the Riviera Hotel have become a local landmark and to preserve it s post art deco style, the building has been awarded a Grade II listed status.

3 The Hotel s new owners have invested in excess of 4 million pounds, completely refurbishing all 98 en-suite bedrooms, creating a brand new restaurant and carrying out major improvements to it s function rooms, bars and leisure facilities. Artists Impression The hotel sits in a unique setting, right on the beach at Bowleaze Cove in the very heart of the Jurassic Coast, an area known for having over 95 miles of World Heritage coastline which provides some of Dorset s most stunning scenery. These include the natural bay in Weymouth and the spectacular waters of Portland Harbour, which has been chosen to host the 2012 Olympic sailing events. Artists Impression

4 LUXURY CHALET STYLE ROOMS Artists Impression The hotel offers a selection of single, twin, double and family rooms. All have an en-suite bath or shower, wall mounted plasma television, wi-fi internet access, telephone, comfortable beds and luxurious soft furnishings. Most rooms are chalet style and have direct access to the hotel via covered external walkways. Lifts are available for easy access to all fi rst fl oor sea view rooms. Access to the hotel from our garden view rooms at the rear of the hotel requires a short walk across an uncovered area. BOWLEAZE RESTAURANT Offering fresh, quality dishes at affordable prices, the brand new Bowleaze Restaurant can cater for up to 200 guests and is open to hotel residents, guests and non residents. Lunch and dinner are served 7 days a week with a full a la carte menu to choose from in the evenings. Vegetarian options are always available together with the chef s signature dish of the day. Starting with English breakfast or lighter options every morning, a selection of coffees, beverages and Dorset cream teas can be enjoyed at other times during day.

5 THE RIVIERA SUITE The Riviera Suite is the main entertainment venue of the hotel, providing a professionally equipped stage, 160sq metre sprung dance fl oor, air conditioning, bar, seating area and an excellent sound system. With up to 200 guests enjoying every form of dancing from ballroom to disco, the Riviera Room offers daytime and evening entertainment including live bands, cabaret and comedy shows. Sky Sports events are shown regularly on large screens in the suite s bar area. BAY VIEW ROOM With unrivaled 180 degree views across the bay, the Bay View Room has always been a favoured venue to host family celebrations, anniversaries, weddings and special occasions of all kinds. The spacious, air-conditioned room features it s own bar, dance fl oor, catering facilities and toilets. It can accommodate up to 150 guests (80 if all seated).

6 PERFECT WEDDINGS The Riviera Hotel is fully licensed to perform wedding ceremonies, including civil partnerships, and re-affi rmation of wedding vows. The Riviera Suite and Bay View Room both provide superb location and excellent facilities with which to host your special day. There is also plenty of space for a marquee to be erected in our extensive grounds overlooking the bay. Our experienced Function and Weddings Manager will arrange or advise on the essential details, ensuring your wedding day will be one of the most memorable days of your lives and perfect in every way.

7 MEETINGS & CONFERENCES Several conference rooms are available offering facilities for groups of 6 to 300 delegates. Whether your requirements are for residential conferences, day meetings, interviews, exhibitions or training courses we do believe that we have the most extensive range of services and facilities to complement your business needs. Business delegates are free to use the hotel s restaurant, bar and leisure facilities. The Hotel is easily accessible via the new relief road from Dorchester into Weymouth. Direct train links run between Weymouth and London Waterloo. RIVIERA LEISURE CENTRE The Riviera Hotel has 2 heated swimming pools. A 14m indoor pool forms part of the Leisure centre and overlooks Weymouth Bay. The large 18m outside pool overlooks the beach at Bowleaze Cove and has a lifeguard on duty during selected hours during the summer months. At the pool side terrace sun loungers are provided. The Leisure Centre at the Riviera Hotel also has a fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room and solarium for your enjoyment. Fitness instructors will be on hand for help and assistance.
