3 We re VERI Different For virtually all brokerages, real estate is all about the next deal. Only minutes after each agents closing, they have hands extended (directly into their bank account) as the quest for their full-share of the proverbial commission split has their attention. And to make it worse, individual agents are more than happy to hand over 10%, 20%, even 50% of their hard-earned money. Money that should go to their own families now ends up in the bank roll of the giant firm. Ever ask, For What? Sure, they tell you that their logo gets the deals, that their training makes the difference, their guidance makes your business. Don t believe It! When a brokerage controls your money through a commission split scheme, they control you.

4 Our brokers are cut from a different cloth. A little more denim and a little less silk. This is Colorado after all! But, but, it s more than that. We are about helping our brokers get to the next level, not about helping ourselves to the next commission split. In short, when our brokers do VERI well, so do we. UNIQUELY PERSONAL, VERI REWARDING The HIDDEN Truth Exposed Many years ago, national logos and a big firm presence made minor impacts in the businesses of individual brokers and of course the commission split was born as a revenue generating scheme for stale pictures of a red balloon, blue box, or green tree. As technology has improved, home buyers and sellers have become more savvy. Consumers find little value in company brands and greater value with individual brokers who provide a more personal approach. This shift has already occurred, but most brokerages haven t changed their agent compensation schemes to accommodate. It is our belief that because YOU are the biggest value to a home buyer or seller, you should NEVER pay a brokerage old-fashioned commission splits, but receive 100% of YOUR commission on each and every transaction.
