Marketing strategy is the grand design which spells out how the firm would be different from others in the market, adding value and making a real and valuable difference to customers. Insurance companies in India have been engaged in designing and implementing a range of strategies related to product design, branding and market positioning, pricing of products, channels for distribution and establishing serve and relationship encounters with customers. In recent years, these companies have come under great strain and are facing enormous challenges in the wake of declining growth and trust deficit, regulatory imperatives and cost overruns. These challenges warrant a relook at the way marketing is developed and implemented at the grass root level. Marketing Strategies for life insurance is a three day program designed to equip middle level line managers of insurance companies who are today engaged in the sale and delivery of insurance services to people. The focus is on how insurance companies can create memorable moments of truth for customers with respect to sales, service and relationships with a view to maximizing customer life time value and also extending the reach of the company to new customers. Course Fees:a) Participants requiring residential facilities: Total amount Required Rs 8970/- (Rs.7800/- plus Service Tax 14% + Swatch Bharat Cess 0.05% + Krishi Kalyan Cess 0.05%). The fees cover tuition, course material, A/C single room accommodation in the Institute s campus and full boarding (bed tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch, light refreshments in the evening and dinner). All rooms are fully furnished with attached bathroom and Internet facility. Rooms are reserved from noon onwards the day prior to the commencement of the program. The participants can stay till noon next day after the conclusion of the program. b) Non-residential participants: Total amountrequired Rs.6440/-(Rs.5600/-plus Service Tax 14% + Swatch Bharat Cess 0.05% + Krishi Kalyan Cess 0.05%) The fees cover tuition, course material and day boarding (i.e. tea/coffee during tea breaks and lunch for actual days of training). 3
