3 Setting the Code I. Entering the Code Number 1. See the supplied code list and find the three digital code number for the desire one. 2. Press and hold the corresponding set button(if you want to set up the device of TV, then press TV button as set button,) until the current device indicator light lights(about 3secs),then release the current device button. [Or press SET button +the corresponding device button at the same time, for example, TV, then the current device indicator light lights.] 3. Entering the code numbers you selected. After every entering, the device indicator light will flash one time. After all the three digit number is entered, the indicator light will turn off and exit the setting status. If the code is not valid, the indicator light will flash two times then light on, waiting for entering correct three digit number. Entering the status of set up, it will exit automatically if no buttons pressed during 15secs by the indicator light flashing four times. Entering the status of set up, if press the buttons except number buttons,there is no action. Press SET or other device buttons to exit. Can enter any code number under any device. II. Searching for Correct Codes for Certain Brand 1. Press the corresponding device [TV] button you want to set up and then the corresponding digit number button [1] at the same time, the current device indicator light lights.( Or press the corresponding device [TV] button you want to set up by one time, and then press SET button without release, then press the corresponding digit number button [1], the current device indicator light lights too.) 2. After about 2secs, the universal remote sends one set of datas for power buttons every 1.5secs, the current device indicator light flashes simultaneously. 3. When the current device has some action(such as TV is power off), release the two buttons when you pressed and saved the code by pressing SET button to exit the searching status. The indicator light will turn off

4 Allow to release one button during search. If two buttons are both released, then it will exit after saving the codes. If press two buttons all the time, then the current device indicators will flash by four times after a whole search, and then will exit search without saving the codes. III. Manual Search 1. Press and hold the corresponding set button(if you want to set up the device of TV, then press TV button as set button,) until the current device indicator light lights(about 3secs), then release the current device button. [Or press SET button + the corresponding device button at the same time, for example, TV, then the current device indicator light lights.] 2. Press and release [CH+] (or [CH-] )button repeatly. Every press means sending out one set of datas of power buttons, and the current device indicator light flashes simultaneously. 3. When the current device has some action(such as TV is power off), release the two buttons when you pressed and saved the code by pressing SET button to exit the searching status. The indicator light will turn off. [CH-] means to search forward, [CH+] backforward. There is no action when pressing buttons except [SET] [OK] [ENTER] or device buttons during search period. Entering the status of set up, it will exit automatically if no buttons pressed during 15secs by the indicator light flasing four times. The search field can circuit infinitely. IV. Auto Search 1. Press and hold the corresponding set button (if you want to set up the device of TV, then press TV button as set button,) until the current device indicator light lights (about 3secs), then release the current device button. [Or press SET button + the corresponding device button at the same time, for example, TV, then the current device indicator light lights.] 2. Press and release POWER button, then the programme sends out one set of datas of power buttons every 1.5secs, and the current device indicator light flashes simultaneously

5 3. When the current device has some action (such as TV is power off), release the two buttons what you pressed and saved the code by pressing SET button to exit the searching status. The indicator light will turn off. To change the direction of search by pressing [LEFT] or [RIGHT] button during the search process(the current device indicator will flash two times when changing direction). There is no action when pressing buttons except [SET] [OK] [ENTER] or device buttons during search period. The search field can circuit infinitely. The current device indicators will flash by four times after a whole search, and then will exit search without saving the codes. V. Quick Search 1. Press and hold the corresponding set button(if you want to set up the device of TV, then press TV button as set button,) until the current device indicator light lights(about 3secs), then release the current device button. [Or press SET button + the corresponding device button at the same time, or example, TV, then the current device indicator light lights.] 2. Press MUTE button without release, then enter the search status after 2secs. The programme sends out 15 sets of datas of power buttons every secs, and the current device indicator light flashes simultaneously. When there is action from current device(such as the TV appears mute sympol), release MUTE button, then the current device indicator light flashes every 1.5secs. 3. When the current device has more action(such as TV appears VOLUMN control), press SET OK or any device buttons to exit with save. The indicator light will turn off. If press MUTE without release, the current device indicators will flash four times after a whole search, and then will exit search without saving the codes Function of Code 1. SET(or the device button you want to display)+blue button will display the third digit numer Press two buttons or press and release two buttons, the current device indicator light will flashes to display the code, it will be 0 if no flashes Reset to Default Press SET without release, and press EXIT, the current device indicator light flashes two times, and then the remote is resetted. All codes for devices are resetted too.
