Signage will be posted on Brookfield Road, directing floats and trucks to travel via Greentrees Avenue, onto Rafting Ground Road & then back onto Brookfield Road to the parking entrance. Nomination cards can be purchased on the day. THE NOMINATION BOX WILL BE LOCATED BENEATH THE ANNOUNCER S BOX Nomination box will be open from 7.00am to 10.00am. After 10.00am nominations & stable enquiries can be made in ring centre. By lodging your nomination on the day you accept the rules, by laws and regulations of the Show Society. E.F.A. rules apply in all Hacking and Showjumping events. Horses entered in any class to be measured at the discretion of the stewards. Horses entered in any class may be swabbed at the discretion of the stewards. EFA RULES WILL APPLY. The Ring Committee reserves the right to change the sequence of events at its discretion. Competitors are expected to check the rings and be on time for their respective classes. An exhibitor shall ensure that horse and competitor are entered and shown only in the correct classes. Penalties will be incurred at the Society's discretion should this rule be violated. The judge's decision shall be final. No competitor or exhibitor shall approach a judge with regard to a decision unless they first obtain permission from the Chief' Steward or Ring Steward. All riders enter these events at their own risk. Neither the organising committee, nor the Brookfield Show Society accept any responsibility for injury to any person, horse or property howsoever caused. Keys will be left in the box at the Cricketers Pavilion for your collection.
