DressageMaterialClass Opentothouroughbredsand4-and5-year-oldhorses.Plainsnafflebridle.10minutes per3ridersincludingenteringandexit.evaluation of basic gaits in compulsory exercises. Class to be judged by 2 judges. Judged under saddle at walk, trot, and canter. Three horses to be judged at the same time for 8 minutes followed by 2 minutes commenting by the judges. Thoroughbreds, 4-year-old horses, and 5-year-old horses to be judged in separate heats accordingly, if possible. Horse and rider to be judged on walk, trot, canter, submissiveness/manners while shown, and capacity as a dressage prospect. Scale of marks: Half marks may be used. No prize money in this class, but all receive a sponsored gift. 2. After the date of last entry the rider will be contacted by the show committee regarding your getup. Rider takes care of get-up and the show committee decides and prepares the music. Rider must wear helmet during the whole ride. A max. of 2 minutes in the arena inclusive in and out. A max of two horses per rider, and a max of 12 starting in total. Stallions first priority. Prize money: DKK 2,000-1,500-1,000 and sponsored gifts Saturday 13. SYDBANK JumpingGrandPrix (1.45m)MethodB6 with25% inthejump-off. 7 Generalregulations fordressageandjumperclasses: 1. Non-qualifying show. Show results will NOT be registered with DRF (The Danish National Equestrian Federation). DRF Rules and Regulations including revisions for 2014, when nothing else is written. 2. The show is offered with the permission of DRF. 3. A Ground Jury will be appointed on the first day of the show. 4. Dressage classes are judged by 2 or 3 judges. Indoor arenas Skagen Fondene Arena M and Equsana Arena B are 20 x 60 meters. Bandages allowed in all dressage classes. Boots and overreach boots are not allowed in the dressage classes. Freestylemusicmustbehandedovertothecompetitionshow officeinthe stablingareathursdayatthelatest.2 CDs or a USB stick must clearly show time of ride, class number and name, and the name and cat. no. of the horse. A tentative time schedule will be posted the day before the competition, and final time schedule will be posted two (2) hours prior to the class. Early classes (8:00 AM to 10:00 AM) will have final time schedule posted shortly prior to the closing of the show office the night before the classes. REMEMBER: The horse owner has to be a full member of Dansk Varmblod to enter horses in the competition classes at the National Stallion Show in Herning. Entries must be submitted using the attached entry form and reach the main office of Dansk Varmblod no later than January 2 nd Fees: (fees include Danish VAT, stabling fee, 2 admittance bracelets and 2 gala show tickets per horse) Class Entry Fee DKK per class/horse Stabling Fee DKK 3,050.- per stall (ifreceivednolaterthanjanuary 2 nd 2014) 7. Stabling: Stall(s) will be appointed at arrival (also see item 18.) 8. Dansk Varmblod and MCH Messecenter Herning A/S are not responsible for any damage to the horse or rider or their participation in the show, it is solely on the owners own risk. 9. Dansk Varmblod and MCH Messecenter Herning A/S are not responsible for any loss of tack or other equipment, it is solely on the owners own risk. During the entire show riders must always wear helmet when in the saddle. 10. Shavings have been parted out for initial bedding in the stalls at arrival. Owner/rider is responsible for providing hay, feed, as well as buckets for water and feed. 11. No horse may arrive prior to Wednesday March 5 th 3:00pm, and must depart no later than Sunday March 9 th by 7:00pm. 12. 8 13. Show Management may at the discretion of Dansk Varmblod split dressage classes with too many entries. 14. Only Dansk Varmblod stallions approved for 2014 may enter Material and commented classes. Graded stallions that do not have breeding permission for DWB cannot start in competition classes in Herning. Competitions 1, 2, 4, 5, 11 & 15 are also open to stallions entered for grading. If they are rejected at the selection on Thursday they cannot participate in any other competition throughout the show. Dansk Varmblod has the right to invite competitors that are not breedsires. 15. Prize money and sponsored prize gifts MUST be collected in the show secretariat on the same day of the class, or else you lose the right to get them. Regarding the classes 12 and 14 at the latest on the day after. 16. Each rider may compete with no more than 3 horses per class; however, only two horses per rider are permitted for the Show Jumping part of the Gala Shows and the Grand Prix s (i.e. competitons 3, 6, 12, 13 and 14) 17. All horses on show grounds must submit proof of current and updated vaccinations against the flu as well as current health certificate according to FEI regulations to the stabling personnel before unloading horse(s). 18.
