2 BIRTHDAY PARTIES Make it a party to remember for your special birthday boy or girl! Spring, summer, winter, or fall, a birthday party at the Y is a blast for children of all ages. Your Y party includes: Up to kids (depending on party choice) Exclusive 1 hour use in the program area Exclusive 1 hour use of a designated space/room to serve drinks and snacks We provide minutes prior to the party to set up, greet guests and to meet a staff member and/or lifeguard who will bring your group to the program area. Staff will facilitate the activities in the program area. You are responsible to provide the food, paper goods, and decorations. Please allow for clean up within your party time. Payment is due in full upon signing the party contract and the person signing the YMCA Party/Room Rental contract is responsible for the function and guests. Please see the rental contract for our refund/cancellation policy. Have a big group? Additional youth guests can join the fun. 3 ARCHERY PARTY 5 years + Up to 12 guests Host a unique party for all your friends. A perfect way to get started learning how to shoot archery. Your two-hour party includes 1 hour of archery and 1 hour for drinks and snacks. Fee $180 DANCE PARTY 3 years + Up to 15 guests Music keeps the kids moving! The possibilities for a dance party are endless and can be geared to any age. Bring your own music and our staff will teach you some fun dance moves. Your two-hour party includes 1 hour of activity and 1 hour for drinks and snacks. Fee $150 For guests, an additional $30 fee is added. ARTS & CRAFTS PARTY 6 years + Up to 12 guests Host a painting, jewelry making or another fun craft party at the Y! each guest will make their own piece to take home. All supplies included. Call for more details and party options. Your two-hour party includes I hour with a craft instructor and 1 hour for drinks and snacks. Fee $

4 COOKING PARTY Age 3+ Up to 10 guests A cooking party is the perfect way to celebrate the birthday of a young food lover or cook. Come make and decorate a tasty treat for your birthday! Your two-hour party includes 1 hours of activity and 1 hour for drinks and snacks. Fee $160 For guests, an additional $30 fee is added. GAGA PARTY 6 years+ Up to 15 guests A Camp Pa-Gon-Ki favorite! Spend your birthday in our 24 inflatable indoor gaga pit and let the good times roll! Your two-hour party includes 1 hour of staff-facilitated gaga and 1 hour for drinks and snacks. Fee $150 For guests, an additional $30 fee is added. SPORTS PARTY 3 16 years Up to 15 guests Pass! Kick! Score! Choose from a variety of activities including floor hockey, basketball, soccer, and more. Your two-hour party includes 1 hour in the gym where staff facilitate games and 1 hour for drinks and snacks. 5 POOL PARTY (SEASONAL) All ages Up to 25 guests Pool parties are a splash! Children enjoy a variety of pool games and swim time all under the supervision of our certified lifeguards. A brief swim assessment is given at the start of your party to assure the safety of the group. Your two-hour party includes 1 hour in the pool with lifeguard and 1 hour for drinks and snacks (For a party of guests, an additional lifeguard is needed at a fee of $30). Please note that this is a seasonal party at our outdoor pool. Fee $180 For swimmers/non-swimmers, a $30 fee is assessed for an additional lifeguard. 5

6 ROOM RENTALS Space at the Y is both flexible and functional for events such as birthday parties, church gatherings, family reunions, clubs, or social extracurricular activities. Room Rental Fees $75/hour $50/non-profit groups Game Room Whether you are planning a beach party, costume party, or luau this is the perfect spot for your children to celebrate. Our game room includes foosball, air hockey, four square, board games, Wii, and a pool table. Available for up to 20 guests. Multipurpose Room If you need a space for a baby shower, bridal shower, rehearsal, or other event with an adjacent kitchen we have a multipurpose room for up to 40 guests. Gym Playing sports is a great way to have fun. Rent our gym for your next sporting event for up to 40 guests. 6 YMCA of Greater Londonderry

7 Art Room Bring your own arts and crafts supplies and get creative! We provide the space for you and guests! Pool (Seasonal) Swimming is a great way to have fun during the summer months!
