IMPORTANT NOTE: 1. Please read the Information Bulletin for admission in Two Year D.El. Ed. course, Session carefully before you start filling the Online Application Form. 2. Candidates can only apply ONLINE for the admission in Two Year D.El. Ed. course, Batch through website Candidates should supply all details while filling the ONLINE COUNSELING FORM. Candidates are required to take a print out of the computer generated Counseling Form after successful submission of data upload. The Confirmation Page SHOULD NOT be sent to the Board. 3. The application for online counseling for the admission in Two Year D.El. Ed. course, Batch has been made completely online with the facility to upload DIETs/Institute preference. 4. The applicants must ensure that while filling online Counseling Form, they are providing their six choices of institutes for the purpose of admission. 5. The candidates should satisfy his/her eligibility before applying and shall be personally responsible in case he/she is not eligible to apply as per the given eligibility criteria. 6. The candidate particulars i.e. DIETs/Institute preferences once entered cannot be changed/edited in the online counseling form submitted by the candidates. Once candidates submit the counseling form it can t be updated or modified. No correspondence will be entertained in this respect. 7. The candidates particulars i.e. date of Birth, category, sub category filled at the time of written examination can not be changed/modified at the stage of online counseling. 8. Application Forms sent through fax/post shall not be entertained and Board does not take responsibility to inform such candidates. 9. The applicants are strongly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for the last date of submission of online application.

5 Instructions for Online Counseling Candidate Login:- Counseling Procedure: 6 Simple steps to be followed to apply online by the Candidates. Click Candidate Login link. Enter Application Number and Date of Birth, thereafter availability of seats per institute will be reflected. Then go to filling up counseling Form. To fill up Counseling Form. Select the mandatory field i.e. DIETs/Affiliated Private Institutes preference Click on Submit button on the Counseling form. Authority letter will be available online after 3 days of final date of submission of online counseling form. Step 5 : Print Authorization Letter for your record and future reference. The candidate particulars entered cannot be changed/edited once the Authorization Letter is generated. The counseling form once updatedcan t be updated or modified. No correspondence will be entertained in this respect. Instructions:. All steps are mandatory. Candidates are NOT required to send hard copy of Authorization letter to Board s Office. Step 6 : Go to the Institute allotted in authorization letter for verification of eligibility and admission. The dates for second of counseling will be notified subsequently. The candidates who did not exercise their preference in first round and left out candidates in the extended merit list will be eligible for second round of counseling. The dates for subsequent rounds will be notified separately. Merit wise choice will be available for Govt. DIETs, Subsidized Seats in Pvt. Institutes and Non-Subsidized Seats in Pvt. Institutes respectively. The candidates should satisfy his/her eligibility before applying and shall be personally responsible in case he/she does not fulfill the eligibility criteria.

6 DIETs/All Affiliated Pvt. Institutes. Instructions for counseling:- Counseling Procedure : Constitute a committee to verify authorization letter and eligibility criteria. Step to be followed Counseling Home Verification of Authorization letter Certificates final Submission Step 1 : Step 2 : Step 3 : verification of authority letter and other eligibility criteria. For verification of authority letter login with user name & Password. After verification & Admission update status of filling of seats in their respective institute. Submit updated list of admitted students on last date of counseling(to be notified separately)

7 The DIETs Committee will check the eligibility of the candidates as per instruction at the time of admission on following points.:- Eligibilty:- (A) Senior Secondary School Certificate or Intermediate or 10+2 or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks for 10+2 candidates only. (B) The relaxation of 5% marks in minimum educational qualification is available to SC/ST/OBC/PHH candidates. The candidates are also directed to bring their original Certificates with attested photocopies thereof in support of their age, Academic Qualification, proof of Domacile (Himachali Bonafide Certificate) and the category/ sub category to which they belong. The Certificate to be produced in support of the category/sub category to which they belong should have been issued by the competent authority on the prescribed format (annexure-a) of the government as per Govt. norms for checking the eligibility as per instruction at the time of admission before the D.I.E.Ts Admission Committee. (1) For IRDP/BPL CANDIDATES:- the IRDP/BPL certificate should have been issued by the competent authority within 6 months as on the date of admission (2) For SC/ST Candidates :- SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (3) For OBC Candidates:- The OBC Certificates should have been issued by the competent authority with in one year as on the date of online counseling. In case of OBC Certificate is more than one year, the OBC candidate shall submit an affidavit(on stamp paper of Rs. 5/-) duly attested by the 1 st class Magistrate/Oath Commissioner stating That his/her status has not been changed and he/she is not excluded from the category of Other Backward Classes(OBC) on account of being covered under creamy layer as per the instruction issued by the Govt. of HP. (4) For Ex-Serviceman:- Discharge Book(with attested copy) Certificate from Dy. Director, Sanik Walfare Office of the District concerned (5) For Ward of Ex-Service Man(A):- latest certificates from the Patwari/Pradhan of Gram Panchyat/President of Municipal Committee of Notified area Committee/Exicutive Officer of the Municipal Co-operation of the area duly countersigned by the Tehsildar/SDM of the area and (B) Latest affidavit(on Stamp Paper of RS. 5/-) duly attested by the Tehsildar/SDM of the area on the prescribed form. Annexure-A (5A) The married daughter of ex-service-man are not covered under this category (6) For Physically Handicapped:- minimum 40% disability, Medical Certificates issued by the Medical Board duly countersigned by the Chief Medical Officer(CMO) (7) For Children/Grand Children of Freedom Fighter Candidates:- Certificate issued by the competent authority. -sd- Secretary

CERTIFICATE It is certified that Shri/ Kumari resident of village PO Tehsil District (Him achal Pradesh) is the dependent son/daughter/wife of Shri Ex-serviceman. No. Rank who has not been rehabilitated through Employment Exchange against the post reserved for Ex-servicemen with the HP Government/Corporation/Board/Autonomous Body of HP as well as Central and Other State /Union Territory Government or Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Body/Banks, etc. under the control of the said Central or other State/Union Territory Government. 9 (SPECIMEN B ) AFFIDAVIT I son/daughter/wife of Shri Exservicemen No. Rank Resident of village PO Tehsil District (Himachal Pradesh), do hereby solemnly affirm and declare that no other ward(i.e. son/daughter or wife) of my father/husband has been provided employment against the vacancies reserved for Exservicemen under the Himachal Pradesh Government/Corporation/Board/Autonomous Body of HP as well as Central and other State/Union Territory Government or Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Body/Banks etc. under the control of the said Central or other State/Union Territory Government. I further declare and affirm that my father/husband has not been reemployed in the aforesaid Departments against the posts reserved for Ex-servicemen. I, the above named deponent do hereby solemnly affirm and declare that the contents of my above affidavit are true to the best of knowledge and belief, no part of it is wrong and nothing material has been concealed therein.
