11 4.1.3 Show plotted data. When opening the sub-menu Show plotted data (Fig. 12) the screen in Fig. 14 will pop up. On the bottom of the screen there are 5 different buttons: 1 Enter plotset; 2 Change set; 4 Save plotset; 5 Start plot and 8 Exit. Figure 15. Show plotted data menu to create plot sets. Per plot set the start of the measurements can be defined (e.g. 9 Apr 2013), the number of days on the X-axis (e.g. 2), the min. and max. value of the Y-axis for the curves 1-4, the logical channel numbers to be plotted ( a max. of four parameters per graph), the text for each plotted curve in the graph (e.g. O2-in (oxygen concentration going into each tank); O2-A10, O2-A11, O2-A12 (oxygen concentration in the effluent of metabolic chamber 10, 11 and 12). 1 Enter plotset: Within the program there is the possibility to save 50 different sets of plotted data. One can choose a plotset (four parameters at one time) by pressing on the Enter plotset button and type the number (between 1 and 50) of the desired plotset and confirm with the OK button. There are a number of plotsets prepared that should provide the graphical display of all the necessary measured values. In those cases one only needs to change the start date of a plotset and if necessary the minimum or maximum value of the Y axis. The next plotsets (No 1 15) are prepared and should not be changed except for the start date and value on Y axis (tank refers to metabolic chamber): 1. Oxygen concentration inlet and outlet tank 1,2 and Oxygen concentration inlet and outlet tank 4,5 and Oxygen concentration inlet and outlet tank 7,8 and Oxygen concentration inlet and outlet tank 10,11 and Water flow (l/min) in tank 1,2,3 and 4 6. In case of gas concentration measurement those extra positions are used for calibration gas. To change a plot set one first needs to enter a plotset number between 16 and 50 as described above. Then press the change set button 2. In the pop-up box one enters the parameter number (1 14) that needs to be changed and confirms with the OK button. in the next pop-up box you enter the desired value of that parameter and confirm with the OK button. When you are finished with changing the parameters you enter parameter number 0 in the pop-up box, which means you are finished. After you have finished changing the parameters one should safe the plotset. 4 Save plotset: After finishing changing the parameters one should safe the plotset by pressing on the 4 th button on the bottom of the screen. Enter a number (16-50) for the plotset to be saved under, 1-15 are reserved for fixed plotsets please don t change those sets. 5 Start plot: After entering a plotset number one can press on the 5 button of the screen to go to the graphical presentation of the results in the selected plotset. In the graphical presentation screen there are also a number of buttons on the bottom of the screen which one can use to directly change the number of days on the x-axis and the value on the Y-axis without changing the setplot procedure as described under 2 Change set above. With the next and previous button one can scroll through the successive days on the x-axis. With the stop button one returns to the start screen of the Show plotted data menu. Er moet nog een data download procedure in!! Er moet een screen in met een voorbeeld van een grafiek. 12
