This trajectory is an integral part of the MBA curriculum and focuses on the development of effective management and leadership skills in a personal and inspiring way. Only by working on these skills and incorporating them throughout the curriculum you can transform academic knowledge into results-oriented actions. Leadership challenges at work and in daily life form the core of this tailor-made track, offered in an interactive learning environment that includes coaching, peer review, and training. The Leadership Development Trajectory serves as a unique signature of our MBA programmes. Or: How can we help our staff focus on the needs of clients without losing sight of operational efficiency? Together with the organisation we analyse how a tailormade programme can contribute to answering their question. After an initial meeting and needs analysis, we create a programme together with the client, of course keeping their budget in mind. A programme usually consists of a combination of experiential learning, exposure to theory and e-learning in interactive formal and informal settings. During a residency, participants learn about aspects of European business operations and leader behaviour through interactive lectures, discussion forums, company visits, workshops, training programmes, and participation in cultural projects. You take care of the registration, act as a link between the faculty and the participants, and arrange all necessary programme logistics. You do this in close collaboration with the programme manager, who is responsible for the content of the programme with the objective to create an optimal learning environment for participants. In our customised programmes we conduct all programme related organisation for our clients. This ensures the delivery of an aligned, high quality experience.
