Our Strategy Management Education suite of programmes is designed to support leaders and managers to be effective in implementing and managing their strategies. Our programmes focus on developing the necessary competencies and know-how required in making strategy happen. The curriculum follows the key stages of: Strategy Clarification & Translation, Operations and Budget Alignment, Human Capital & Organisation Readiness, Initiative Management & Implementation, and Governance & Leadership. Strategy Clarification & Translation Our goal is to prepare leaders so they can drive measurable transformation, change, and performance improvement in their organisations. Initiative Management & Implementation Governance & Leadership Human Capital & Organisation Readiness Operations & Budget Alignment We have a hands-on, applied learning approach coupled with conceptual rigour and subject matter expertise. We combine case work, best practice concepts and techniques with the participants own organisational input to enable delegates to apply what they ve learnt immediately to their own situations and maximise their ability to get results from the training. 3 Strategy Management Education Programmes help leaders and managers to tackle their strategy execution challenges We cover the broad range of subjects along the strategic planning, execution and management continuum. Our programmes also give participants the option to refresh or update their know-how in core supporting skills such as communications, team-working or meeting management. We run three types of education and training programmes: Strategy Management for Leaders An 18 months rolling professional development programme for senior level executives at corporate, business unit or directorate level seeking to enhance their know-how and expertise in leading and managing strategy. The programme is delivered in house for larger organisations or as an open executive course. The format is a mix of in person workshops, individual and group work and on-line interactions. A formal Certificate of Achievement is awarded upon completion. Applied Strategy Execution for Managers Open and customised in-house 1 to 2 day training seminars tailored to practitioners, project leaders and team members involved in implementing strategy in their organisations. Our training seminars are delivered in a workshop environment where participants bring their own experience, best practices, challenges and issues to share with the group and gain collective insights. We incorporate best practice concepts and methodologies with case studies and real life examples, exercises and end of course assessments. Participants completing the full series of training seminars are formally recognised with a Certificate of Achievement in Strategy Management. Strategy Planning & Execution e-courses A series of e-courses organised in manageable modules covering the strategy execution journey designed to suit the needs of the manager new to strategy and for the more seasoned practitioner in need of updating and improving their know-how. The modules include clear learning objectives, self assessments, cases, exercises and summary learning points. Our training seminars and e-courses can be taken either as stand alone events or as part of an integrated, comprehensive programme of learning.
