Career Fair Mannheim Business School provides a special offer at the University of Mannheim s annual career fair, where you have the opportunity of meeting possible future employees and making valuable contacts. Additionally to companies presence including a stand in the forum, we offer the opportunity of getting in contact and discussing your business requirements with our MBA graduates in workshops and prearranged interviews. The career fair takes place annually in April ( Profile Book Each year we publish the MBS Profile Book with CVs of our graduates. The book offers you a unique opportunity to gain an overview of our high-potential candidates: nationality, previous work experience, educational background and industry expertise. Individual Job Interviews Mannheim Business School can arrange individual job interviews (or a series of interviews) with future MBA graduates for you. To get to know our candidates beforehand, you are invited to make use of our Profile Book, which includes CVs of our graduates. The interviews may take place on our premises.

4 Presentations, Workshops and Conferences Throughout the year, we offer company presentations, workshops and conferences on various subjects, complementing the curriculum. These are usually a mixture of presentations and subsequent discussions or group work, which are always a good opportunity for intensive networking between the company representatives and participants. Furthermore, they allow our participants to gain insights into future career opportunities. Team Projects All participants in the Mannheim Full-Time MBA program are required to take part in a team project which takes place in the fourth term between July and September each year. As a company, you are invited to offer a company project. The participants tackle the task at hand in multi-competence teams of three or four. A faculty member of Mannheim Business School and a senior executive from the company supervise the project. The participants diverse backgrounds, work experience and management skills create value for your company in the form of concrete, applicable outcomes.
