The Committee of the Barossa Valley Pony Club reserves the right to accept or reject any entries without entering into any correspondence. 3. Safety Helmets which comply with Australian Safety Standard Assoc. ASNZS 3838, EN1384 or ASTMF 1163, and approved boots must be worn at all times whilst mounted. 4. Performance Cards must show that the rider is a financially current member of a Pony Club or a EA member. Non members can take out a trial membership at $27.50 per rider (this will cover you for 3 pony club events within a 3 month period). 5. Horses/ponies MUST be under control of a capable person at all times. If an accident occurs, a committee member MUST be notified immediately. 6. All juniors are to be accompanied by a parent or have a nominated guardian for the day. 7. All riders being led must remain so for the whole day. 8. Neither the Committee of the Barossa Valley Pony Club Inc nor the owners of the land accept any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to any horse, rider, groom, spectator or any person whatsoever. **Please be considerate and leave dogs at home** Barossa Valley Pony Club committee wishes to thank everyone who helped in anyway.
