The promoter reserves the right to amend and extend the contesting period at its absolute discretion. Close Date & Time The competition will close on Sunday the 13 th December, 2015 at 7pm. The promoter reserves the right to amend and extend the contesting period at its absolute discretion. How to Enter Entry to the competition is open to financial Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatics members who must be enrolled into a program such as Learn to Swim, Recreational Gymnastics or Competitive Gymnastics. All members must enter the Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatics centre to swipe their membership card at the promotional swipe terminal. The financial Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatics member must then place their entry ticket into the entry barrel provided. One entry per Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatics member, per day. Parents/Guardians of children who are enrolled into a program such as Learn to Swim, Recreational Gymnastics or Competitive Gymnastics are also eligible to enter/ win- providing they have a current financial Rooty Hill RSL membership (eligible parent/ Guardian). The judges/promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2 Prize Details One Major prize will be drawn. Draw will take place on Monday the 14 th December, The Major Prize will include: - 5 night s accommodation at SeaWorld Resort (Resort double bedroom). - Transfers from Coolangatta airport in Queensland to Sea world Resort - Transfer from Sea World Resort back to Coolangatta airport - VIP Pass for 2 adults and 2 children with unlimited entry to Sea World, Movie World and Wet N Wild, on the Gold Coast. Travel must be booked and confirmed before 31 st March Travel must be taken before 30 th June Prize Valuation Major Prize Value: The above holiday package is valued at $3, and is inclusive of taxes and transfers. Any additional costs above $3,800 are at the expense of the Winner. Limitation of entries (number) Age Limitation Draw Process and Judging One (1) entry per Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatics member (and their eligible parent/ Guardian) per day only. None. Children under the age of 18 years must have their parents/ guardians permission to enter. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion.

3 Club Directors or auditors; Club employees; (includes Novotel Sydney Rooty Hill, AMF Rooty Hill, SGAC Gymnastics and Aquatics, SGAC Fitness and Rooty Hill RSL Club). Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion; Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by the Club who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees or lessees of the Club and; Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of the Club who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the clubs premises in that capacity such as an employee. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, exspouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, brother, sister, step-brother, and step-sister. Only eligible entrants can enter the competition by visiting Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatics between Thursday the 1 st of October, 2015 and Sunday the 13 th December, 2015 This prize includes 2 adults (16yrs plus) and 2 children under the age of 16 years old. However this prize will cover up to $3,800 for any combination of adults and children. Any additional costs involved in air fares and ticket prices are at the expense of the winner. The winner must collect their prize from Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatics; under no circumstances will the prize be mailed or couriered to the winner. By entering, the entrant provides permission for Rooty Hill RSL and Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatics to use entry materials collected for promotional purposes. By entering, the entrant also agrees that their personal information including name can be used for promotional purposes. Entrants consent to the promoter using the entrant s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.

4 The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value from day to day during the promotion period. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatics reserves the right to vary these conditions at any time. Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatics do not assume any liability for loss or damages caused in taking out this prize. In the event that a prize, or an element of a prize, is/are not available, the promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition), the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Should any elements of the prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not available for any unforseen reason, the Promoter takes no responsibility and the Prize Winners and their travel companions will not be compensated. The information provided by entrants will only be used in the ways outlined in these terms and conditions.
