11 Achievements NCC Housing Russia Green Development Swedish Krona was twice ranked first in an all-russian green development contest Green Awards, in 2010 and 2012 Swedish Krona is the unique project in St. Petersburg with the approved heat-recovery system installed in the ventilation of the multiunit house After completion, Swedish Krona project will be certified according to BREEAM
