We have reserved a number of rooms in various hotels in different price and categories nearby the congress venue and city centre. The conference venue can be reached from all offered hotels by foot or public transportation. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and a kitchenette. All rooms are studio, simply furnished and have an electric kettle and basic kitchenware. Each includes a work desk. The kitchen and bathroom are shared by two rooms. Each includes a work desk and either private or shared bathroom facilities. Front desk staff is available 24 hours a day. 3 4 STAR HOTELS Novotel City West **** (formerly known as Novotel Bronowice hotel) Address: 11, Armii Krajowej, Krakow Located close to the conference venue and just 2 miles from Krakow s Main Market Square, Novotel Kraków City West offers its guests spacious, air-conditioned rooms with free internet. Each one has a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Buffet breakfast is served at the hotel restaurant. The Internet is free of charge, parking is paid. Check in / Check - out Single room PLN 297,- Double room PLN 329,- NOVOTEL CENTRUM **** Address: 5, Kościuszki St., Krakow The Novotel Centrum hotel is situated on the banks of Vistula River with the view towards the Royal Castle. You can reach a conference venue by public transportation. The rooms are equipped with TV, radio, telephone, minibar, safe, hairdryer, sound-proofed windows. 4 KOSSAK **** Address: 1, Kossaka Square, Krakow Kossak hotel is situated in the city centre, close to the Vistula River and Wawel Castle, easy access by public transportation to the conference venue. All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with satellite TV, a radio, a telephone. Parking very small, advance booking is recommended. Parking is not available at the hotel. The Internet: free of charge in rooms and at the hotel. Check-in / check-out Single room PLN 542,- Double room PLN 594,- 5 STAR HOTEL RADISSON BLU ***** Address: 17, Straszewskiego St., Krakow Radisson Blu hotel offers a city centre location, very close to Main Market Square and Wawel Royal Castle and other historical places. By public transportation you can get to conference venue. There are relaxed rooms in warm, contemporary style with nice décor. These modern rooms offer such superb amenities as Free high-speed, wireless Internet access, coffee and tea provisions and satellite television. Parking is available and paid. 5 REMARKS: 1. All prices are quoted in PLN / per night, including: breakfast and VAT Tax. 2. Since July, 1 st, 2004 all visitors coming to Krakow have to pay a city tax 1,60 PLN per person, per day. The city tax is included in room rate. 3. Prices may be changed at any time if the VAT or official taxes change. 4. No reservation can be confirmed without credit card guarantee or bank prepayment. 5. Reservation made after 1 st of August 2013 will be made according to availability& rates. 6. The final date of cancellation of the hotel reservation is 1 st of August After this date we will not be in position to return your payment. 7. All refunds will only be issued after the conference. 8. JORDAN Congress Bureau will not allocate people in double rooms. If you are booked a double room, please indicate the name of person you will be sharing the room. 9. Notification of changing or cancellation has to be made in writing ( ) and send to JORDAN Congress Bureau to Barbara.Czerw@jordan.pl 10. For cancellations received before 1 st August 2013 payment will be refund. 11. For cancellations received after 1 st August 2013 the total payment of hotel will be charged and invoiced. 12.
