The majority of the hotels are located in the Centre of The Hague, and located near the conference venue World Forum, or at a location from which the conference venue can easily be reached by public. 3 1. Badhotel Schevingen The 4*hotel Badhotel Scheveningen is situated on just 150 meters distance from the boulevard, offering all-round entertainment and recreation. You are in The Hague in no time, a beautiful city with a lot of shopping abilities and museums. The Badhotel offers modern rooms with a warm interior and facilities like air-conditioning, a safe and wireless internet. In your room you can make a cup of coffee or tea. The employees can also help you organize business or festive meetings in one of the 6 conference rooms. 2.Bel Air Hotel The 4* Worldhotel Bel Air The Hague is situated next to the Novotel The Hague World Forum Hotel, the Catshuis and the Gemeente museum. From there you have easy access to the city center of The Hague and the beach of Scheveningen. Surrounded by many green the Worldhotel Bel Air provides a nice jogging trail directly from the hotel. Worldhotel Bel Air in The Hague provides for both business and spare time stay a lot of possibilities. There is a choice of 313 rooms, from various luxury suites and apartments to a standard room. After a long conference day guests can enjoy drinks in the Bar SPARK s waterside terrace or try French cuisine with local touch at Restaurant Pearl. WiFi is available in all public areas. The hotel offers various complimentary services, such as a 24-hour fitness center, business center or high-speed wireless internet. For meeting purposes organizers can choose between 11 versatile meeting rooms or the ballroom, which accommodates up to 320 guests. Mercure Central Mercure Hotel Central, a 4* hotel, is located in the vibrant heart of The Hague, within walking distance of several ministries, theaters and the shopping center. 4 6. Novotel World Forum The 4* Novotel The Hague World Forum is situated between Scheveningen and the city center of The Hague. The rooms are provided with air conditioning, a safe, a fridge, television, free wireless internet and a luxury bathroom with bath, toilet and a hairdryer. All of the rooms are non-smoking. Culinary specialties are served in restaurant Pangea, where you will find a variation of international dishes on the menu card. For relaxation you can use the wellness facilities of the hotel. 7. Parkhotel In the middle of the "Hofkwartier" nearby the Great Church, the unique 4* hotel Parkhotel is situated. Since the early 20th century, this hotel has been a place for meetings with business relations or luxurious stay after a day of shopping. There is a choice of 5 different room types which offer WiFi, spacious beds, hair dryers, flatscreen TV and coffee and tea facilities. Suite Novotel City Centre The 4* hotel Suite Novotel City Center is located in the Nieuwe Haagsche Passage shopping arcade, directly in the city center and within walking distance of the Dutch House of Parliament and various embassies. The tram station can be reached within a few meters walk. The generous suites feature free Internet, microwave, flatscreen TV, tea and coffee facilities, bath and rain shower. Holiday Inn Express The Hague Parliament The 3* hotel Holiday Inn Express The Hague Parliament offers a city center location, next to the Dutch House of Parliament. The World Forum Convention Center is easily reachable by tram. The tram stop is at only 200 meters distance and the hotel provides private car parking. Ibis Centre The 3* Ibis Centre is located in the heart of The Hague, only a few steps away from the Dutch House of Parliament. The 3* hotel has comfortable non-smoking rooms that all have a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. In all rooms there is free wireless internet access. You can use different services that the hotel provides, such as a laundry service and the possibility to enjoy snacks 24 hours a day. The hotel has a garden and a terrace where you can go after a busy day, a day at the beach or a day in the area. Hotel Ibis has 2 conference rooms where you can have business meeting with a maximum of 50 people. Hotel Ibis The Hague Scheveningen is a perfect starting point for a walk along the beach or in the dunes. 13. The Student Hotel The 3 * Student Hotel is a trendy, all-inclusive accommodation in a historic district of The Hague. Centrally located with The Hague HS train station within walking distance and The Hague Central station can be reached in 15 minutes. All the rooms are provided with a high speed internet connection and free wireless internet and a private luxurious bathroom. 14. Easy Hotel City Centre The 2* EasyHotel City Centre is centrally located, only a 5 min tram ride away from the train station and close to many places of interest. The guest lift opens the way to the non-smoking guest rooms which offer double beds, towels and air-conditioning and natural day light.

6 HOTEL BOOKING CONDITIONS Room Rates All rates quoted are the lowest available for standard rooms during the period of the congress. They are payable in Euro ( ) and they all include all applicable taxes and breakfast. All taxes are subject to change. Reservation and Payment For individual booking (up to 9 rooms), a deposit payment for the first night must accompany your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your hotel deposit. This prepaid deposit will be deducted from your final hotel invoice when checking out from the hotel. Potential additional incidents, such as mini-bar and telephone, must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out. Special requirements (as double room, twin room, smoking room) concerning the hotel rooms will be available upon request, and cannot be guaranteed. Standard check in time at hotels is hours. Check-out time is hours. Should you need a guaranteed early arrival (before hours) or a late departure (after hours), an additional night is required to be booked and paid for. Changes, No Shows and Cancellations Charges Any enquiries or requests for additional information, modifications or cancellations to room reservations should be addressed to MCI Amsterdam in writing (fax, letter or ). Please do not contact the hotel directly, as they will not accept any changes or cancellations made directly. In the event of cancellation up to 15 June 2015, deposits will be refunded less 45,- for administrative costs. After this date, no refunds will be possible. In the event of late cancellations after 15 June 2015, MCI Amsterdam reserves the right to charge the full stay for cancelled rooms, cancelled nights or no-shows if the hotel room cannot be resold. In case of a no show, the hotel will guarantee your room until 12:00hrs the day after your check in date. A handling fee of 45,- per hotel room will be charged for every hotel modification received after 20 July Reference number and Hotel voucher For your own convenience and to facilitate the reservation procedure, we kindly ask you to take note of your reference number and refer to this number in all correspondence with MCI Amsterdam. Please bring the hotel voucher with you, as it will serve as proof of your reservation at the hotel and deposit.
