Prof. Dr. Tarek s distinguished academic career included 25 years teaching on Alexandria University, Arab Academy for Science Technology and Maritime Transport, Higher Institute of Management and Computer Sciences, Arab Saudi Universities, Beirut Arab University (BAU), and Pharos University in Alexandria Current Nonacademic positions Prof. Dr. Tarek consulted and gave several workshops for business organizations managers around the Arab world, with a practical focus on Leadership skills, Human resource management, Strategic planning, Communication and Marketing. He cooperates extensively with many training institutions and government organizations as an expert and consultant in Human resource developing, strategic planning and establishing marketing strategies.
