Download "How to Register for an Event Using Cheer America s New Online Registration System"

1 Step 1: Go to our website ( Click on the Registration Button. Step 2: On the Registration Page, click on the blue button Click HERE to REGISTER.

2 Step 3: Welcome to our Registration Portal. If you are new to the portal, please create an account. If you are returning, please sign in with your address and password. Step 4: New Users: Fill in your correct information and click Create Account

3 Step 5: Complete the information in your profile and click Save Profile Step 6: Click on the Landing Page Link or the Home Button to go to your Landing Page.

4 Step 7: Click on New Event Registration Step 8: Now Simply Add your FIRST Team. Fill in Event, Registration Type, Team Type, Team Name, Classification, Level, and Division. You will find easy to follow directions to the right of the Selection and Team Entry Fields. Click on the Athlete Count Button Click on Drop Down and Scroll Down to see All of the Events

5 Step 9: Specify the total athlete count by using any combination of the following: 1. Input the number of athletes who are not crossovers, OR 2. Select a crossover athlete from a previous event, OR 3. Add a new crossover athlete Then select an appropriate fees option and press Add. Repeat as needed. A. NON-Crossover Tab (Input Athlete Number for the team that are NOT Crossovers. ie. A team of 20 with 2 crossovers would be 18 or a team of 30 with 10 crossovers would be 20). Select Team Fee for the event. Click the Add Button. A.

6 B. Previous Crossovers: If you have been to previous events or have added crossovers in the past, these crossovers will be listed here under the Previous Crossover Tab. By clicking on the Select a Previous Crossover, you will see the previous crossovers in the drop-down list. Click the Blue Add Button to include these crossovers on this team (you may need to add several crossovers here...do so by clicking on the name, then add and repeat as necessary). B.

7 C. Create New Crossover Tab: Fill in the information for each crossover, click Add and Repeat as necessary. C.

8 Step 10: Once you have completed all Crossovers, Click on the Save Button (at the bottom). Step 11: After clicking save (above) you will see that the team has been registered! Now repeat the steps for each of your teams!

9 Step 12: Once all of your teams have registered, click Proceed to Checkout! Step 13: Here you will see your Order Summary. Please note that your crossover discounts are included before the Total Invoice Amount (see below). Now you may pay through our epay System or Create an Invoice for Deferred Payment (pay later). Crossover Discounts are Shown HERE!

10 Step 14: epay Option (fill in information and click continue) Step 15: Create Invoice for Deferred Payment Option (Pay Later) (fill in information and click continue)

11 Step 16: Review your Order, click Submit Order Step 17: Receive your Confirmation and Order ID Number

12 Step 18: If you ever need to change or adjust your registration, simply log back into the system and click on My Orders and Invoices (from the Home Page). from the Home Page Click on My Order and Invoices to open previous registration Step 19: Click on the Invoice Tab, then click on your invoice number!
