1 ONLINE ADMISSION GUIDELINE FOR GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF EDUCATION BANIPUR Before Filling in Online Application Form, the Applicant is required to do the Following Tasks: 1. In the left side of the main college page, there is a green column including every necessary information about the college, such as, Home, Courses, Admission, Merit List and so on. Go to the Admission portal. 2. Please click on the Login/Registration portal under admission information. After clicking, the Registration Page will appear on the screen to fill in the log-in details. If you are already registered, go through the first option, but if you are a new user, go through the next option and start registration by filling the given boxes First name, Last name, , Password, Confirm Password and D.O.B and click on sign up. 1 Page

Go to the Admission portal. 2. Please click on the Login/Registration portal under admission information. After clicking, the Registration Page will appear on the screen to fill in the log-in details.

2 3. Once you submit the registration form, your applicant login is created. 4. Now go through the first option given in the registration page. Fill in the log-in details in the given two boxes- and Password. In case your password doesn t match with the mail id, you can use the Forgot your password? option. 2 Page

3 5. After logging in, you will come to the Profile Page. Fill up the mentioned requirements- First name, Last name, D.O.B, Password and to create your profile. Once you fill up all the boxes, click on Update. 6. Your profile is successfully updated. 7. Now you need to click on the line written in the bottom of the page and bolded in blue Application Form For Banipore Government College Of Application 8. After clicking, the online application form for admission in Banipore College will appear. 9. In the first field i.e, the Application Type, fill up the box named the Application Type. Click on the drop down menu of the Application Type box and witness three categorie. Click on the appropriate one. 10. In the second field i.e, the Personal Information, upload a photograph in the image box by going through the choose file option and fill up the given boxes- Name of the Appliacant, Marital Status, Religion, Sex, Date of Birth, Blood Group, Category, Adhaar Number, Physically Challenged and Nationality with accurate information that appears after clicking the drop down menus of the boxes. Upload your relevant signature on the space given in the right side. 3 Page

7 20. Then click on the Chalan option appear on the bottom of the page. 21. After clicking, you will find the chalan form with chalan number. Then click on the Print option to get out the printed copy of the chalan. 7 Page

8 22. Fill up the chalan form and submit the chalan in the respected bank. 23. After getting the tranasaction id from bank, you need to log-in again. Then in the admission section, you will get an option named Final form submission. Click on that for final submission of the form. 8 Page

9 24. Now you will need to log in with the chalan id. 25. After logging in, you will get the admission fee detail form. There in the Transaction id/number field fill up the transaction number you have got from the bank. Then in the next option named choose file, you need to upload the scanned copy of the chalan form which is deposited in the bank. 9 Page
