7 Viewing Certificates 1. Two options are available to search for an existing certificate: a) Select Holder Name and type all or part of the holder s name in the box, or b) select Certificate Number and type the certificate number in the box. Click the Search button. 7 A Baldwin & Lyons Company

15 Faxing Certificates 1. To fax a certificate, click the check box under Select and then click Fax. 15 A Baldwin & Lyons Company
16 2. A dialog box will appear. Enter the fax number, recipient name and any desired comments. Click Send. 16 A Baldwin & Lyons Company
17 3. The following message will appear to confirm that your fax has been sent. It may take a few minutes for the message to appear. Click OK. 17 A Baldwin & Lyons Company
18 Issuing New Certificates 1. On the main Certificates page, click Add Certificate. 18 A Baldwin & Lyons Company
19 2. The following screen will appear. Select your company from the Account drop-down menu. 19 A Baldwin & Lyons Company

21 4. Select the coverages that need to appear on the certificate. If you would like all coverages to appear, check the box labeled Select All Coverages. 5. If the certificate holder requires an additional insured, select the appropriate Additionally Insured Language. 21 A Baldwin & Lyons Company
22 6. Enter the certificate holder information, then click Submit to process the certificate. 22 A Baldwin & Lyons Company

27 Editing Certificates A certificate can only be edited if it was created on the website. If a certificate has had amendments made by a Protective administrator, you will not be able to edit it. 1. To edit a certificate, first find the desired certificate by searching by holder name or certificate number. Click the check box under Select and then click Edit. 27 A Baldwin & Lyons Company
