1 Derbyshire Cottages with hot tub & shared pool These 10 Peak District holiday cottages sleep between 2 to 14 adults. All have full central heating and are fitted out and furnished to a high specification with many antiques. Many of the cottages have private outdoor hot tubs and all have use of the indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. On this brochure are 2 of the cottages sleeping 8-10 people in each. Other cottages are available for larger groups. They are in a lovely country setting, northwest of Matlock and surrounded by fields and with excellent walking from the door. They are 40 minutes to Sheffield, and 45 minutes to Derby for a night out Person Cottage (C) This single story property has an enclosed private furnished terrace. The accommodation consists of an entrance into an open beamed chandelier-lit dining hall with a huge dining table which converts into a 3/4 size billiard table. 1 of 5

2 It can easily seat up to 16. Also in the dining room is a double sofa bed which can be made up prior to arrival, on request. There is a French door to terrace, a fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with south facing views. The bedrooms are two double bedded rooms both with Victorian brass beds, one twin bedded room and one bunk bedded room with 4' and 3'6" bed which can easily accommodate 3 children (2 adults). There are two bathrooms and WC. Outside there is South Facing Terrace with Hot Tub, Garden Furniture and BBQ. There is another property adjacent to this property which sleeps 2 people and may be booked as one, to sleep up to 12 people Person Cottage (D) This property has huge windows giving a fine view over the enclosed garden and surrounding countryside. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with Range Cooker, Dishwasher, Microwave and American Style Fridge Freezer. Also on the ground floor there is a Living/Dining Room with full sized double sofa bed for 2 people. This can be made up on request prior to arrival. 2 of 5

3 There is a ground floor four-poster double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. On the first floor there is a king size French bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is also a first floor bathroom. Outside, there is a large enclosed garden with private outdoor Hot Tub, garden furniture and BBQ. Shared pool You will have access to the indoor heated swimming pool (23' by 11' and 4'6" deep) and sauna (each cottage receives one hour private use each day which is to be booked daily on site and can t be booked in advance of your stay) and games room. Check in/out - Check in is 4pm and checkout is flexible on Sunday or by 10am if staying until Monday. 5 Craft Workshop in your accommodation choose from Knicker Customisation, Garter Making, Textile corsages and accessories, Bunting, Nipple tassels, Cocktail rings, Tiara and hairpin making Butler in the Buff one Butler in the Buff for two hours to serve and chat with your party.
