Full payment is required one month prior to the event. 3. Should final payment not be received by this date then the booking will automatically be released with the loss of all deposit paid. Bookings made after one month prior to the event require full payment. 4. Deposits and final payments are strictly non-refundable and cannot be off set against other services or products. 5. Parties of less than 10 may be asked to share tables. 6. We reserve the right to cancel events if suitable numbers are not met. 7. Please note that only people aged 18 years or over can attend our Christmas party nights and lunches. 8. All wines and alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the hotel, no corkage will be allowed for any event. 9. The hotel will adhere to the licensing laws and reserves the right to refuse admission and to escort a guest off the premises whose behaviour is inappropriate. 10. The hotel shall in no event be liable for any loss of damage caused by labour disputes, power failure government regulations or acts of god. 11.
