1 BLACK SHEEP RUGBY CLUB RANDI PERKINS MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT AUGUST 20, 2016 Hello Friends, My name is Jean Frisella. I m JB s girl. As some of you know JB has not been doing well lately. I accompanied him to the doctor's office. After his checkup, the doctor called me into his office alone. He said, "JB is suffering from a very severe stress disorder. If you don't follow my instructions carefully, JB will surely die." "Each morning, fix him a healthy breakfast and have sex. Be pleasant at all times. For lunch make him a nutritious meal and have sex. For dinner prepare an especially nice meal for him and have sex." "Don't burden him with chores. Don't discuss your problems with him; it will only make his stress worse. Do not nag him. Most importantly, have sex with him numerous times a day." "If you can do this for the next 10 months to a year, I think JB will regain his health completely." On the way home, JB asked me, "What did the doctor say?" I had to tell him the truth "The doctor said you're going to die," I replied. Yes boys and girls it is time for the 18 th BLACK SHEEP GOLF TOURNAMENT. The tee time will be at 7:30 AM 8/20/16 with a shotgun start at Forest Park. We have openings for 128+/- golfers and I expect a sellout again this year (We have had to turn away golfers the last several years so get your entry form in early. CALL ME or me to reserve a 4-some, you can get me the entry form/names later). Feel free to invite friends. The entry fee is $145 (and is tax deductible). The fee includes the golf, a t-shirt, assorted goodies, all the beer/libations you can spill/drink while golfing, AND LUNCH AFTERWARDS at the Forest Park Clubhouse. Winning and second place foursomes (both men, women, and couples) will receive gift certificates to Café Provencale, Picadilly at Manhattan, and Frazers. Prizes will be awarded for the longest drive and closest to the hole for both men and women. There will be a silent auction after the golf. The tournament is special because we have raised $400,000+/- for Friends of Kids with Cancer ($800,000 +/- total for children s charities). We have been honored to have as our special guests Randi Perkins, Jessica Johnson, Rachel Baumgartner, Katy Breen, Emily Summers, Billy Hanning, Elizabeth Brooks, Lexi Tullman, Bernadette Godfrey, Abigail Logan, Milly Naeger, Sasha Edwards, Meghan Utoff, Maggie Bohannan, Phoenix Spangler, Karlie Branch, and Emily Linneman. (Randi, Jessica, Lexi, Abby, Bernadette, Phoenix, & Emily are our guardian angels). We thought that we would leave these spectacular children better off but invariably we are the ones that benefit. This year, we will be honoring another female athlete that has been, or is going through treatment for cancer. We re going to give her a party and a day to remember. But for the grace of god it could have been one of our children/grandchildren.

2 Donors that contribute $150 will receive an Insulated Thermos with the Black Sheep logo. Donors that contribute $300 will receive the Thermos and a Scandia Woods Pin Dot Sportshirt with the Black Sheep logo. A contribution of $750 and greater (4 digit donations are great) will get you the aforementioned items along with a light weight Blazer with the Black Sheep logo. The attached entry form should simplify writing the checks for the golf tournament. As in the past we will have tax deductible hole sponsorships available for the modest sum of $100. There is a hole sponsorship form attached. It will also be downloadable from the website (blacksheepfoundation.org) in a week or so. I NEED THE ALL ENTRY FORMS RETURNED BY JULY 25st SO I CAN ORDER THE CORRECT NUMBER OF T- SHIRTS, ETC. If anyone feels inclined to help, if you have any ideas, please give me a ring.
