3 Logistics Registration Please make sure you have registered at the reception desk and wear your badge at all times Posters Posters can be mounted in the Large Conference Hall in Building 14, from now until the end of the Workshop The Poster Session is scheduled tomorrow at 16:15 with a coffee break - will last until bus departure at 18:40. Nevertheless since we are having the Welcome cocktail in the same building today, our participants will have a Preview of the posters displayed.

4 Logistics Transportation A bus will take you back to your hotel this evening after the welcome cocktail Tomorrow morning a bus will take you to ESRIN Meeting Point for Guests staying at Cacciani, Bellavista and Colonna is Hotel Flora at 08h00; Hotel Antica Colonia and Hotel Villa Mercede at 08h15. Tomorrow evening a bus will take you to the restaurant from ESRIN at and then to your hotel If you wish to travel locally by taxi, you can reserve one with the travel agency (ground floor) or ask the workshop hostesses. Wednesday a bus has been temporarily organized for you from ESRIN to Fiumicino Airort at 12:30. Depending on your feedback we will either confirm it or Not. Please contact Registration desk. Announce need of TAXI request for the Airport (s) Fiumicino or Ciampino If you need a taxi for the airport on Wednesday, please book it by lunchtime (13:30) on Tuesday

5 Logistics Coffee and Lunch The Restaurant is located on the ground floor, just beneath this conference room. We will break for lunch NOT BEFORE 13:30 for an hour. Coffee breaks will be taken in the reception hall, except Tuesday PM in the Big Hall, where there will be a dedicated Poster session in the Large Conference Hall in building 14 Ice-Breaker reception This evening in the Big Hall at Building 14 Buffet Dinner Tomorrow evening in a Restaurant nearby (buses organised)

7 Internet Logistics A wireless internet service is at your disposal for connecting your laptop to the internet in this area (name: esa_public) In the annex room there are computers connected to the internet In the annex room there are ethernet cables to connect your laptop to the internet via DHCP In the Big Hall 14 with the posters there are 1computer plus 1laptop for the Demos They are connected to Internet (by wifi)
