3 Company Background & Introduction CWM Automation began life in 2009 as a reinvention of Cooper-Williams Machinery when the new Operations Director, Phil Markham, joined the company. Today, CWM Automation is an established company, experiencing progressive growth at a sustainable pace whilst laying down strong foundations on which to build. CWM Automation have customers all over the United Kingdom and Overseas. CWM Automation design and manufacture machinery to be used in a wide area of industry sectors and with our bespoke service we can offer turnkey solutions in both mechanical and electrical fields.

8 Packaging CWM Automation offers a wide range of machinery, and with different machines come different size containers, pots, bottles and buckets. At CWM Automation we can cater for any of our customers exacting requirements and when an ideal solution cannot easily be found, we will endeavour to work to find one. We have Manufactured machines that use all types of packaging from 15ml bottles to 20 Litre tubs

9 Ancillary Equipment In addition to CWM Automations highly flexible rotary & linear container filling, heat sealing and lidding machines, CWM offers a wide range of Ancillary equipment such as bespoke conveyor configurations and depositors. CWM S Ancillary equipment is designed and built to suit our customers exact specifications, enabling them to maximise production and profitability. Open construction, use of stainless steel and easy access as a standard with many of our Machines allow trouble free cleaning and is a very hygienic feature. 10 Facilities CWM Automation have invested for the future. We operate from a newly built facility, which offers increased production space and storage and have recently invested significantly to set up our own in house machine and fabrication shop. We now employ as a result of this, over 50 staff. We have also invested in a computer aided design suite where all of our designers can use the latest Solidworks 3D Design program to create your bespoke designs. All of our designers are highly qualified and have numerous years of experience between them.

11 Support and Servicing CWM Automation offers excellent service and support for all their customers In many cases we can offer a same day service and free impartial help and support on the telephone and via . We also offer Improvements and modifications on site, front line maintenance, installation and commissioning and an emergency call out service. We also offer very competitive maintenance contracts that allows our clients to have an allotted day and time were our service engineers travel annually or quarterly and give detailed machine inspections both written and physical to keep the machine or machines in working order. Our service engineers can also work on other OEM manufactured machines too.

12 Installation & Commissioning CWM Automation provides service engineers during the installation phase of all our projects. These engineers will remain at the customers site until the installation is complete and will remain available during the commissioning phase of the project. Projects are managed by our dedicated, in house project management team. From the design stage, through to build and then installation, our team will become a invaluable asset, a go to for when information and support is required. The cost of this quality service is integrated with the overall cost of a machine when purchased from CWM Automation ltd.
