4 LASER BLANKING SYSTEMS Designed as flexible manufacturing solutions, RDI Laser Blanking Systems is a revolutionary patented technology that combines continuous coil feeding with a high power fiber laser. Ideal for cutting through a variety of metals, this state-of-the-art system streamlines the entire part manufacturing process. Through industrial advancements in strip feeding control and fiber laser proficiencies, this extremely efficient system was designed to replace two traditional machines: sheet-fed laser beds and blanking presses. RDI s progressive advancements in coil-fed laser blanking are reshaping the metal blanking, forming and fabricating industry landscapes. The RDI Laser Blanking System reduces the cost per part, accommodates a wide range of material and eliminates die and die maintenance. 7 CUT-TO-LENGTH AND BLANKING SYSTEMS Cut-to-Length and Multi-Blanking Chicago Slitter provides a wide range of equipment solutions to meet our customers exact production needs. Offering a full range of cut-to-length and multi-blanking equipment lines, these systems are designed for high speed, long run operations as well as low volume, short run production. Blanking Systems Designed for demanding applications, Chicago Slitter s custom engineered blanking lines are ideal for automotive, appliance and office furniture manufacturers. These equipment lines come equipped with levelers (4, 5 and 6 high), wash stations, electrostatic oiling, inspection stations, and fixed and/or oscillating dies.

8 RDI PUNCHING & BENDING SYSTEMS RDI Punching & Bending Systems, through our partnership with IRON Srl, is an innovative metal fabrication technology. Designed to increase production, accommodate a wide range of material and reduce labor costs, these revolutionary systems, when equipped with automatic stacking systems, can operate lights out. ServoBend The RDI ServoBend features four servo-controlled bending modules for consistent and simultaneous four-sided bends. Up to 4 times faster than using other automatic bending systems or press brakes, an RDI ServoBend can be combined with an RDI Coil-Fed Laser System or RDI PunchPress to create a complete manufacturing system. PunchPress The RDI Coil-Fed PunchPress is a highly flexible modular punching system that dramatically increases productivity over traditional sheet-fed turret style presses while reducing material and labor costs. Using standard turret tooling, RDI s PunchPress uses optimized nesting software to reduce scrap and increase material savings.
