2 Cycling Public is a custom-made social contract between the city of Oslo and its citizens. Cycling saves costs, for the municipality, for the individual. We think it is only fair from the local government to give its cycling citizens a public gift. The more kilometers you ride, the more access and public services you get. Through cycling, an entirely new city will open up, not only metaphorically. Every kilometer counts! 1
