3 Introduction. This Guide to Internet Banking is to help staff in the Ministry of Finance and Treasury use the Internet to get the latest balances of ANZ accounts. 4 ANZ Authorized User Registration Form You can obtain this form directly from the ANZ bank or download it from the internet at. Write in the name of the Ministry - MoFT The contact person between MoFT and the ANZ bank is Johnson Sokeni Johnson s telephone number is MoFT s authorized user number is Write in YOUR Surname, First name, Date of birth and Work phone number Make up a security code with at least 6 digits (numbers and letters) e.g. box123 4

6 The ANZ Welcome Lettter. Within 5 to 10 days of submitting the registration form to the ANZ they will send you a Welcome Letter Mud Alley Honiara Thank you for Registering for ANZ Internet Banking. With ANZ Internet Banking you can view balances, look up transaction history and make transfers between your linked accounts. You can also enjoy a host of other features, all in a secure environment from wherever you choose. Your ANZ Internet Banking User ID is To get started you need to call the ANZ Internet Banking Support Centre on to active your service. Please have your User ID and be ready to quote you ANZ Security Code (the one you made up on the ANZ Authorised User Registration Form e.g. Box 123). 10 Put in the user ID from the welcoming letter Type in your temporary password given to you when you telephoned the ANZ bank Click on Log on The door to the ANZ Bank Account will now open for you. 10

11 Accepting the Conditions of Use. Scroll down through the terms and conditions Double click (x2) on the acceptance box and a tick ( ) appears Click on Accept 11

12 Changing from Temporary to Permanent Password. Type in your permanent password Confirm you permanent password by typing it in again. The password must be more than 8 and less than 16 digits. They must include numbers and letters. Click on accept Click on OK 12
