1 Connect to Phoenix Contact USA's Printer Resources Open web browser and connect to Phoenix Contact's Printer Resources located at Thermomark Roll - Windows Page 1

2 Locate Printer Scroll down the page until you see Thermomark Roll and click "Driver" Thermomark Roll - Windows Page 2

3 Locate Drivers Scroll down the page until you locate the Drivers and Driver Modules section. Do not click. Thermomark Roll - Windows Page 3

4 Download Drivers s to Desktop Right-Click the Drivers and Driver Modules link and select 'Save Link As...' NOTE: In Internet Explorer, right-click and choose 'Save Target As..." Thermomark Roll - Windows Page 4

5 Save Driver Files Locally Save the.zip anywhere you'd like. It's a temporary file and will be deleted after installation. Be sure to note the save location so you will be able to find the file when the download is completed. Recommended: Locate Desktop under Favorites and click Save. 6 Locate and Extract Files Locate Driver_TC_TR_X1_ zip. Right-click and select Extract All... Thermomark Roll - Windows Page 6

7 Extract Files Make sure the checkbox next to "Show extracted files when complete" is checked. Click Extract By default, the folder will be extracted to the same location as the file you downloaded. If necessary, this can be changed by clicking 'Browse...' Thermomark Roll - Windows Page 7

8 Open Driver Files After the files are unpacked, a window will automatically open displaying your newly unzipped folder. Double click the folder to open. If a window does not appear, locate the original.zip file. The unzipped file will be located in the same place. Thermomark Roll - Windows Page 8

9 Start Driver Installation Within the driver folder, locate PrnInst.exe. Double click to start the installation wizard. Thermomark Roll - Windows Page 9

10 Begin Installation Click Next > to begin Thermomark Roll - Windows Page 10

11 Selecting the Printer Make sure PHOENIX CONTACT is highlighted under Manufacturers. Select THERMOMARK ROLL from Printers. Click Next > to continue. Thermomark Roll - Windows Page 11

12 Printer Options Select the USB port your printer is connected to. Click Finish. Thermomark Roll - Windows Page 12

13 Installation Complete The installation will be complete after finishing the previous step. Close all windows and you may now drag both Driver_TC_TR_ folders to the Recycle Bin. Thermomark Roll - Windows Page 13
