You can manage your account through a variety of options. EASYTRIP ACCOUNT LOGIN Please logon to and click Login button form the main navigation or the go button form the login panel situated on the Home page. You will be required to enter your Account Number & Password To request a password, you can call us on Lo Call or info@easytrip.ie EASYTRIP ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT OPTIONS Once you are logged into your account you will see the following options: My Account, Account Activity, Tags and Downloads. Below these options, an important notice will be displayed. Please check this message carefully anytime you login.

2 MY ACCOUNT SECTION My Account Alert Account Details Change Password MY ACCOUNT ALERT Important notice will be displayed in this section. ACCOUNT DETAILS To update your profile please click My Account and then Account Details. From here you will be able to update all personal information on your account, including, your name, address, address, mobile phone number, credit card expiry date and VAT registration number. CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD After your first login, we strongly recommend you Change your password and choose a password familiar to you. To do so please click Change your password CHOOSE A SECURITY QUESTION In this section you will be able to choose a security question & answer to improve security on your account.

3 ACCOUNT ACTIVITY SECTION In this section you can carry out the following: View a record of the latest transactions on your account View a record of your payments View all your transactions Download statements View your fees and adjustments For each of the following actions you will be able to select the period from which you want to run your query. VIEW A RECORD OF THE LATEST TRANSACTIONS Click on Recent Activity, you can view the Date and Time of the latest transactions, the Type of transaction (Toll or Parking), the Tag number that matched the transaction, the Location of the transaction, the Lane where the transaction was registered and the Amount of the Toll or Parking charge. VIEW A RECORD OF YOUR PAYMENTS Click on Payments, you can view the Date and Time of your payments, the Type of transaction, the Payment Method (credit card, direct debit) and the Amount that has been deducted. VIEW A RECORD OF ALL YOUR TRANSACTIONS Click on Transactions, you can view the Date and Time of the transactions, the Tag number that matched the transaction, the Location of transaction, the Lane where the transaction was registered, the Toll category for which your vehicle is registered and the Toll or Parking Charge. In the case of car parking charges you see the Entry and Exit time for this transaction.

4 VIEW OR DOWNLOAD STATEMENTS Click on Statements, you can view or download a monthly statement from the previous 6 months. VIEW A RECORD OF ALL FEES Click on Fees, you can see a record of all fee s charged in a chosen period. They can be an Admin Fee, Credit Card Handling Fee, statement Postage Fee or a Direct Debit Rejection Fee. TAG SECTION In this section you can carry out the following; View a list of your tags Update your vehicle registration details Add parking to your vehicle Request additional tags VIEW A LIST OF TAGS AND VEHICLES ON YOUR ACCOUNT Click on Tags and Vehicles To update one of your vehicle registration details or add parking Click on Edit Vehicle on the same line as the vehicle you want to update appears. You will be able to Change the registration, change the vehicle type, the make, model and colour of the vehicle.

5 Add parking to your vehicle by ticking the parking service box in this section. Once you have finished making your changes, click on the Update button to save and confirm changes. TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL TAGS Click on Request Tags, you will be asked to fill in the following details: Vehicle type Registration number Make of vehicle Model of vehicle Colour of vehicle On the right hand side you will have the option of choosing the service you wish to have and your additional tag. CONTACT SECTION You can choose to Contact Us through this option, this will bring you to the Contact Us page on the easytrip website. Please check our FAQ section before submitting your request, if the FAQ s do not answer your question or you would like to send a general comment/feedback, please submit your query using the form.
