2 Connecting to our intimate sense of source is something that has intrigued humans since the dawn of time. This central relationship to selfhood and beyond is the matrix for all others. We search for reliable vehicles that take us to the doorway of our own deep mysteries. The shamanic journey provides such a vehicle, offering passage- both means and method- to transport us from our physically bound body / ego existence to a universal sense of connection and unity. From the firsthand experience that plant - based shamanic work offers of the energetic nature of all things, our entire relationship to life is often revisited and modified to reflect a more vibrant and keener holistic understanding. Stepping into our spiritual autonomy, accepting its privileges and responsibilities, we are asked to have a working meaning of the sacred in our lives, to know where it resides, and how to get to that holy ground. Through shamanic journeying, we activate the cosmic molecule and learn to convert our spiritual potential into an active agent for renewal, change, fulfillment and, ultimately, selfawareness and liberation. ABOUT THE HEALING RETREAT FACILITATORS Carlos Chavez is an accomplished Peruvian medicine man who has worked with master Don Jose Campos for the past 15 years. He will be leading 4 Shipibo yage ceremonies and sharing the plant-based medicine of the Amazonian Mestizo tradition in a setting and format that authentically observes this ancestral practice of purification. Professional musician and recording artist Arturo Mena Salas, who has an in-depth knowledge of the icaros - the sacred healing songs central to the ceremonial work- will be assisting Carlos. The group will be accompanied by the event's organizers, Yves and Diana Bourel.

3 LOCATION The Pacific Bay Resort (PBR) is a unique hotel property on a semi-private peninsula located in northwest Panama at the tip of Punta Bejuco, situated in the province of Chiriqui, about 70 kms. from the border of Costa Rica. The eco-friendly resort, owned and operated by Frank Melgar, is composed of 8 double-occupancy casitas, or cottages, set on 140 pristine acres of natural Panamanian beauty : three private beaches, jungle, abundant vegetation, wild life, and at night, more stars than you can count. PLEASE NOTE : All lodging in both Panama City and at Pacific Bay Resort is based on double-occupancy. Each cottage is equipped with two double beds and a private bathroom. As participation is limited to 16 participants, spaces will be on a first-come, first-served basis, pending receipt of your deposit. Register early to ensure your space. DATES Arrival in Panama City on Friday, October 30, The group will convene at the venue hotel in Panama City and set out the following day (by air, land, and sea transport) to the event s venue, the Pacific Bay Resort. Final departure from Panama City on November 8, 2015 SCHEDULE DAY 1 - Friday, Oct 30, 2015 Arrival in Panama City - First night hotel stay in Panama City (airport shuttle to hotel + dinner is not included in the package price. DAY 2 - Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015 Early morning hotel check-out, group shuttle to domestic airport and 1-hour flight to David. From there, organized land transport from airport to sea launch pick-up / and water ferry to Pacific Bay Resort. DAY 3 - Sunday, Nov 1, 2015 Group Briefing Maloca set-up, Yoga and meditation Ceremony 1 - at 6 pm DAY 4- Monday, Nov. 2, 2015 Rest day - Light breakfast, Morning Breath work session with Yves Bourel followed by lunch, integration circle and yoga in PM
