3 To access the website, please visit 1. Registering and making a booking New Customer registration As a new customer, you will have the option to register for the service or find out more information. Click on the New registration tab on the left hand side of the screen. Complete the registration form, including vehicle details and payment details before submitting. Once submitted, you will be able to access the online account and make bookings as a registered member. Page 3 of 12

4 Creating a booking Once within your account, click on the create booking tab to the left side of the screen to create a booking. Select the details of the desired parking session and then either press make enquiry to check the price of the session, or press create parking in order to process the booking. Page 4 of 12

5 2. How to change your registered vehicle To change your registered vehicle, click on the vehicle details tab to the left of the screen. You can either edit the vehicle or add a new vehicle. Complete the vehicle form, select whether you wish the vehicle to be your default vehicle or not then select the save button to update. Page 5 of 12

6 3. How to buy or renew a premier bay In order to buy or renew a premier bay, click on the season ticket tab on the left hand side. Select the location of the bay that you wish to purchase and proceed to the next page. Select the start date of the booking and the type of season ticket you wish to purchase, then press next to progress. Page 6 of 12

7 Complete the application form, selecting the appropriate bay and confirm details before submitting. The booking can only proceed if the bay is either available or you currently occupy the bay. If you do not renew your premier bay before expiry, it will be made available to other customers and may be reallocated. Page 7 of 12

8 Review the order summary before confirming your agreement with the terms and conditions and selecting make payment 4. How to change your registered card To change your registered card, click on the payment details tab to the left of the screen. It is then possible to add a new card or to edit your existing payment card. Page 8 of 12

9 You can select this card as your default card if you wish. Press save in order to complete your amendment. 5. How to change your phone number To change your phone number, click on edit profile tab to the left of the screen Update your phone number in the mobile number box. Ensure that international format is used. Press save at the end of the page to complete. Page 9 of 12

10 6. How to retrieve a VAT invoice To obtain a VAT receipt, click on account summary tab to the left of the screen. Select the booking that you want to obtain a receipt for. All details of the booking can be viewed online Or downloaded and viewed as a PDF receipt Page 10 of 12

11 7. How to contact Dash To contact Dash, click on the contact us tab to the left of the screen Complete the form and submit, Dash will get back to you ASAP. All queries should be submitted through Dash and not via NCP. Page 11 of 12

12 8. Viewing a list of Greater Anglia car park locations A list of Greater Anglia sites can be obtained by clicking on the create booking tab on the left hand side of the screen. A list of all Greater Anglia sites can then be viewed in order of location code 9. How to download the Dash App The Dash app can be downloaded for Apple and Android using the following links: Alternatively, you can follow the links from our main website or search for dash park on your phone.
