5 Take your career to next level Introduction of HTC MA Program HTC has a belief that people is the key to long-term success. We are dedicated to outreach top-notch young talents to find our future leaders through a range of exclusive training activities. HTC MA Program is a three-year program with three well-planned phases. Phase I comprises a customized induction plan to HTC s organization and culture. Phase II continues with three job postings in specific business functions. In the third phase, MAs will be assigned to a dedicated function for a long-term development based on business needs and personal career aspirations. Identify the company s strength, weakness, opportunities in the target markets as well as evaluate the operational effectiveness Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions Engage in every facet of the business process Sales Planning, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Inventory & Distribution, Fulfillment and Customer Service to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services, and also keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies Ensure communications are coordinated, support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements Develop products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements Determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction Develop product marketing plans including product launch management, sales/user education training, and identification of value propositions, competitive analysis and general sales/vendor support Ensure all customer service activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the overall organization Provide the best experience from the perspective of customer service to ensure the optimal customer satisfaction
