8 About you We typically seek people who have completed a minimum of a Bachelor s degree in supply chain management or a related discipline in, for example, business, engineering, logistics, sourcing, materials, compliance, or operations, with a minimum grade point average of 3.0/4.0 (2.2) or equivalent. An MBA with a focus in supply chain management is a plus. We re looking for people who are motivated and persistent, who can work well in a diverse team, and who are resilient and adaptable. You will need to be a problem solver and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The business language of Baker Hughes is English, so as you progress through your career, a good command of the English language may be required for you to fulfill your role effectively.
