Just follow these simple steps to achieve complete planning success. 1 Your first step should be to familiarize yourself with the products available for rent, either by coming in to our full service showroom to 'touch & feel' the products offered for rent & sale, or you can browse our website at If you don t have time to come in, phone & talk to one of our sales & event coordinators. Remember if you don t see what you are looking for, ask, we add new items to our inventory every year! 2 Once you have decided what items you would like to reserve for your event our sales & event coordinators will input your order & take all necessary information including delivery times & address is applicable. We will also ask for a credit card # as your security deposit. A 25% deposit will be taken on all tent bookings, which is non-refundable within 30 days of your event. Your tent consultant will discuss this with you in our showroom or during your tent site measure & consultation. 3 You have now placed your order & it is time to come to Pats Party Rentals to pick it up. First we ask that you come to the counter in the showroom to pay for your order. You will then be given your invoice. Next you will drive your vehicle to the rear of the building to the Pick Up & Return door. Once you are there, give your invoice to the staff member, they will bring you you your order. We will assist you with loading & unloading but will not be held responsible for any damages incurred. 4 You will be asked to sign a contract, which by doing so you agree that you were given everything that you ordered & paid for. This is so there is no argument on the return date if you have lost or broken any items while they were in your care. 5 If you do have any lost or broken items on return we ask that you pay the replacement cost. If you later find that item, return it with your receipt & we will happily refund your money. We would rather have the item returned to our stock! 6 If you have requested delivery, items will be placed in a mutual spot for you & our driver, such as a garage or back yard. On delivery & pick up our drivers are instructed to count all items & inform you of any shortage. If you do not wish to count the items with the driver, or cannot be available during delivery or pick up, you agree that our drivers count is correct & will pay for any lost or damaged items on your credit card. 7 When you are finished with your equipment please return it in the same packages or boxes that you received it in. You do not have to wash any items but please scrape or lightly rinse any plates & empty glasses. All returns are to go directly to the Pick Up & Return door where you picked up your items from & one of our staff will count & check in your order. You will be given a receipt. 8 If you had a delivery please collapse & stack items in a convenient location for our driver. Labor charges will apply if take down of items is required.
