Staffing, large inflatables, power layouts, prizes and management of event are quoted on a per job basis. TERMS/PAYMENT: Payment is due prior to delivery. We accept Visa and MasterCard for your convenience. There will be a $25 charge for returned checks. Prices subject to change without notice. RESERVATIONS: A deposit and confirmed signed contract is required to hold your reservation. This is a non-refundable deposit. RENTALS: All charges are for time out, whether used or not. - So please choose dates and times carefully. Renter releases All Events and Party Rentals, Inc.,, its owners, employees and agents from any and all liability. INSURANCE: We carry the three necessary policies: Liability, Workers Compensation and Commercial Truck Insurance. LOSS OR DAMAGE: Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from the time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured from theft when not in use and protected from weather. We charge full replacement value for missing, broken, burned or damaged items. DAMAGE PROTECTION FEE: An additional fee of 7% will be applied to each rental order to protect the renter for damages and common wear and tear incurred during normal rental conditions. This fee and its term of limits are further explained on the back of each Rental Agreement. This fee does not cover lost items, damage due to gross negligence or non-included cleaning charges. DELIVERY: Delivery Service is available for an additional charge depending on where the delivery is to be made. Extra charges may be assessed due to high-rise buildings or other labor intensive deliveries. SET-UP/TAKE-DOWN: Equipment set-up and take-down is not included with the delivery prices. If you wish, we will be happy to set-up and/or take-down your equipment at an additional charge. Pick-up: Items ready for pick-up should be sorted and available to our drivers. All china, silver, utensils, etc should be rinsed, food free and repacked in the same containers as delivered. A charge will be assessed for all boxes and crates NOT returned. All breakage, loss and cleaning charges are in addition to rental charges. Linen should be refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. DO NOT put linens in plastic bags. Tables and chairs must be stacked and ready for pick-up. Wax must be removed from Candelabra. If a Sunday, holiday or after hours pick-up is requested, a service charge will be added.
